Very helpful parts dept. They spent the time to look up and order parts from Italy for my bike.

From start to finish, they truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping us find exactly what we needed. What really stood out was their commitment to getting us the best deal possible. There was no pressure--just honest guidance and excellent customer service. It's clear they care about building long-term relationships, not just making a sale. If you're in the market for a personal watercraft or a motorcycle, I highly recommend Roseville Motor Sports. Be sure to ask for Anthony and Shaun--you'll be in great hands!

First off I will tell you that no matter where you…read morespend your $40k on a RZR at you will not be treated the same at all places, and I'm okay with that. I do not recommend this place, and I'll explain why now. Went in person to set up an appointment for a recall that can possibly burn you alive in your RZR. If you don't believe me look it up. Any ways I went to the counter to ask about an appointment and the guy pointed me to the service manager, now I was pretty happy about this because dealing with a manager I would think I would get the overall best service of the place, anyways the Manger Zac asked me for all my info, and repeatedly asked me if I have done business at their location which I answered more than 3 times to that same question, anyways I gave Zac all of my info and the was entering in the information, I was hoping to have a date scheduled before leaving because it's not easy to get time to put the RZR on a trailer and drop it off with my work schedule. Again, gave all my information and then he gives me a business card and asks me to email him my info, I was confused because I just gave him all my info but I said okay I will do that. He handed me his card, I emailed and called them 2 times and I still as of today do not have an appointment scheduled. So like I said if you're going to spend $40k on a RZR and need service, I would not recommend this location. I've heard good things about the Polaris in Yuba City so I will try there next. I sent the email on 4/1/26, which is the same day I went into this location to schedule a service. If this was just a normal service I wouldn't care so much, but this is a recall that could potentially burn you alive with a fuel fitting that either breaks or falls off or does something enough for them to send me 20-30 recall letters to bring it in and get fixed. Sorry for the long response but I wanted to make sure I explained everything. Thanks

I talked to the Service Manager Aaron who was very nice and he said that they could help me out and install the SSV Works that I had purchased from Slingmods . It was an involve install and they had to take apart the hole bike. It was all new speakers 800 watt amp and new twitters and it works with your controls for the system. Aaron and his crew did a great job 5 star rating. I live 3 plus hours away. it was a very clean install they installed the amp under the carpet in front trunk. I will drive 3 plus hours for service. Wee were ready to buy. We applied to finance the Seadoo Switch Fish and he said we had an unfavorable "income to debt ratio". It was strange bc we know exactly where we're at debt wise and both our credit is 760+. We left and he called us later offering us a shorter term and higher interest rate similar to a credit card. I asked him why the OTD price increased and he said the "rebate" could not be honored thru this different financing company. I said I thought it was a "sale" not "rebate". No good response other than reiterating debt ratio. A salesman can never interchange those two words. Rebate and Sale have different Meanings. The price kept increasing all these new fees. I had a very bad feeling so I went to Elk Grove Powersports and bought the same boat without all the deception. Price was lower too. He spent a tremendous amount of time answering my questions, helping me understand the process, and putting a deal together. As a new rider, I appreciated the effort he put in. The problem wasn't the salesperson. The problem was management. I was purchasing a motorcycle along with roughly $2,000 in riding gear. At some point during the process, there was a misunderstanding regarding a pair of boots that I believed were included in the deal. When I discovered they were not, I wasn't asking for the motorcycle price to be lowered. I wasn't negotiating freight, setup fees, or other dealer charges. In fact, I agreed to buy the motorcycle at the advertised price. I simply tried to find a reasonable solution to a misunderstanding that occurred during the sales process. When I spoke with GSM Joe O, I suggested multiple compromises, including splitting the difference. Instead of working toward a solution, Joe interrupted me saying I was "talking in circles" and made it clear he wasn't willing to do anything further. He was not willing to do anything to try and make the deal right. I'll own my part. After that conversation, I told Cody via the messaging system that I thought Joe had been rude and was acting like D. Was that the most professional wording? No. But it was an honest reaction to how I felt I had been treated. What happened next is what shocked me. After weeks of communication, countless conversations, and a customer who was ready to buy, I was informed by Joe that he no longer wanted my business. Despite his salesperson reaching out that day to button up the deal.... My wife had approved the purchase, the down payment was ready, and the only remaining question I had was regarding delivery. The deal was done. See text attached. I never shopped this deal around. I trusted the dealership, worked exclusively with them for weeks, and was prepared to move forward. What makes this so disappointing is that it appears the transaction wasn't canceled because of price, financing, or an unreasonable request. It appears it was canceled because I expressed an unfavorable opinion about the GSM Joe. If that's the case, then management allowed personal feelings to override common sense. A sale was lost. A salesperson lost a commission after investing weeks of effort. The dealership lost revenue. And a customer who was ready to buy walked away. Strong leaders can handle criticism. Strong leaders separate their feelings from business decisions. Unfortunately, that didn't happen here. Today I'll be driving to the Bay Area to purchase a motorcycle that Elk Grove Powersports could have sold. That fact alone tells the story better than I ever could.
