I brought my Can am Spyder 2023 Sea to Sky to Roseville Power Sports to have my Audio system upgraded. I talked to the Service Manager Aaron who was very nice and he said that they could help me out and install the SSV Works that I had purchased from Slingmods . It was an involve install and they had to take apart the hole bike. It was all new speakers 800 watt amp and new twitters and it works with your controls for the system. Aaron and his crew did a great job 5 star rating. I live 3 plus hours away. it was a very clean install they installed the amp under the carpet in front trunk. I will drive 3 plus hours for service. Super terrible experience with these people, dropped my jet ski off Friday 7-4-26. Haven't heard anything from these people for 5-6 days I call and ask for an update and the service manager gets attitude with me saying he needs authorization from another involved party. (Could have said that from the beginning). Jet ski been sitting there almost a week and not been touched and me not the other involved party were informed of anything this whole time. Will never bring my money/business to this place again. Do yourself a favor and look at how many 1 star reviews, read some of them and take your money somewhere else! It's funny this survey came because my wife and I were just talking about how poorly we were treated at this dealership. If we're basing a scale from 1 to 10, I would give it less than a 1. We purchased two GTI's in a trailer for around $35,000 cash and the experience was great when we were purchasing the units but when we went back for service and follow up, it became very obvious to us that we had already spent our money and they didn't really care about servicing us or making us happy because they already had our $35,000. We purchased two jet ski covers also which ripped after becoming unattached to the jet skis on our way to Lake Havasu for our family vacation for Memorial Day. When we followed up with the dealership regarding replacing the jet ski covers, they told us don't worry come on down. At that time also we have been experiencing trouble with our trailer lights, which have been an ongoing problem since we first purchased the unit. We had taken the unit back to Roseville Powersports to have them look at the unit and then we were told that everything was OK. Although on our way to Havasu, we noticed that the brake lights were not working on nor where the tail lights working on the unit. They told my wife don't worry bring the stuff back down and they will take care of us I walked into the place. There was no one in the front because they were just now opening and taking stuff outside to display. I saw a young lady in the parts department and I went over and spoke with her and she became very hostile very quickly with me. I asked her what was the problem and she quickly begin to yell and tell me that she didn't know anything about what I was talking about as far as the torn covers. I asked her was there any way she could look up to see if I purchased the covers here she then begin to get very upset with me telling me that there was no way that she could tell if I purchased anything there and that I could just leave so at that point I walked towards the front. This young lady began to follow me and when I got to the front of the store, I was speaking with the gentleman who was over the service department. I believe I forgot his name. She then begin to yell over my shoulder and say that I was yelling at her I went on to tell her I was not yelling at you and you became very hostile and then she started demanding that I go into a fall on argument with her. I then told her get out of my face. I don't want to speak with you anymore, which I had to tell her several times before she would go back to where she was posted at in the back doing nothing just standing there after that I left my trailer along with my two skis, which I felt a little bit uncomfortable doing because of the way I was treated by this young lady in the parts department. I spoke with the gentleman who was running the service department later on in the afternoon to follow up on if my trailer would be done they told me don't worry, we'll get to it shortly and I will be able to pick it up that day and he would give me a call back. After waiting till around 4 o'clock, I finally began to wonder if the guy was going to call me back at all. I then called the store to figure out only that he had left early for the day and no one had even taken a look at my trailer. I asked them where they going to be able to fix the trailer because I made it very clear when I dropped it off that we were going out of town with the skis and my boat for another holiday weekend they told me that they would not be able to look at my boat until the next day. My wife being called the store to speak with someone who's called self the manager over three of the locations that were owned by the same company. He went on to tell my wife how great of a manager he was and how he did such a great job that he was oversee three stores and my wife begin to tell him that you're not doing the great of a job because you promised to have our jet skis out today and our trailer repair repaired. He then became very rude with my wife telling her that he was a great manager and that he did such a great job instead of addressing the problem that we were addressing there he had to keep talking about how great of a manager he was I wouldn't see him as a great manager if he can't provide great customer service to people who come in and spend their harder money at this place. Experience started off good. They were offering the best price over the phone. Tyler even said there was a "sale" on the OTD price. We were excited and came into the store. Wee were ready to buy. We applied to finance the Seadoo Switch Fish and he said we had an unfavorable "income to debt ratio". It was strange bc we know exactly where we're at debt wise and both our credit is 760+. We left and he called us later offering us a shorter term and higher interest rate similar to a credit card. I asked him why the OTD price increased and he said the "rebate" could not be honored thru this different financing company. I said I thought it was a "sale" not "rebate". No good response other than reiterating debt ratio. A salesman can never interchange those two words. Rebate and Sale have different Meanings. The price kept increasing all these new fees. I'm 61 YO. I bought a 2025 Yamaha Tenere 700 a few months ago. The Roseville team was great. Sales, parts, and service all take great care of me. I took it out for it's first real hard ride last week and I've never had so much fun. I've owned an 1100 street bike, a 500 dirt bike, a 400 quad and a complement of various sports cars from BMW, to 300zx, to G35 Coupe. I blasted that bike through fast wide trails, slammed every jump, rocky single track, carved canyon roads, and then hit Yankee Jim's Road for a Pike's Peak style race to the top. Sliding sideways flat tracking around corners, rocketing to 70 mph before braking for the next turn. The motorcycle engineering has advanced by light years, that bike flat out shreds. I think my hair lit on fire a few times, and I had permanent grin plastered on my face. Best 12k I've ever spent and when my wife needs an errand run, no problem LOL. So I bought my jet ski at the boat and Rv show at cal expo. Roseville power sports was at the show. Saw the price on a new 2022 seadoo gti 170 with audio. Bought it, and bought trailer. Picked up 5 days later, jet ski was filthy, trailer had couple nicks and scratches, and rust. Mind you I should've looked, no license plate bracket, had to pay for my ski numbers, you get registration numbers for years, but not your identification numbers. Didn't get temporary license plate number at all. Definitely sketchy. Parts guy says I should've gotten one, and a bracket is on all trailers. Not mine. Now he has to order one. My Sea doo needs seasonal tune up ! Wade in service Dept was very responsive to my request, pricing was fair and he took time to describe exactly what services included and what they would be replacing. Also offered few options for an appointment due to my busy schedule. Regrettably I still missed my appointment due to being out of town on business. I'm sure I'll find same sense of appreciation for my business from these guys when I do reschedule. Others in the area just don't seem like they appreciate a customer rather act like they doin you a favor! I'll use this place in future for sure! UPDATED: January 6th *I will proceed to update this review when I get updates* Around August this year I blew my starter out in my ski, I called Roseville Powersports and ordered a replacement part thinking it wouldn't be a big deal... boy was I wrong... Managed to order the starter in August. They said it would take 2-3 weeks to get here. Not a big deal, Understandable due to Covid-19 shipping has been hard. 3 weeks pass by and I haven't got any updates on my order. I was like that's strange.. so I decided to call. At this point it was early September. They proceeded to tell me "Oh yes your starter is Back ordered it won't be here till Sept 20-26th" once again I'm very understanding due to the situation, Was a little upset that I hadn't got any update from them, but it's what ever. Finally September 27th comes around. Still no starter... Also no update from them. No surprise here. You'll start to see the pattern. I decided to wait till October 1st, give them the benefit of the doubt. Yet again no update. I proceeded to call back and ask for a refund. They advised me that "I would not be able to get a refund until the part was in stock and there's nothing they can do for me", but then proceeded to say they got an update on the starter stating it'll be here October 10th. October 10th comes around and no starter and no update. Kinda getting ridiculous at this point! Yet again I'm willing to give them a more time to contact me. I waited till November. It's winter time. Lakes are closed can't really ride the ski anyway. So another month won't hurt.. I called around November 25th. I was informed by a different employee that there was no ordered actually created back in August. The only order they have from me was November 21st. At this point I was Pissed!! Once again tried to argue for my money back, once again got the same response! This time I brought up how annoyed I was that I haven't been contacted ONCE! So this time they toke my phone number down. Stated that it's on log books for tomorrow and they'll call my first thing! Which was another Lie. They never once called me. December Rolls around and once again, no update. So I call back. Spoke to a new employee, caught him update with everything going on. He stated the same as other, about the order only being created in November, But then proceeded to tell me, the order Was back ordered but should be here sometime within the week. He even went a step further to update my contact information with a number that'll Is easier to reach me. The week passes... STILL NO UPDATE OR STARTER! I call back. Speak with the Same employee. He informed me he never once gave me a date, because he has no idea when it would arrive. I didn't try to argue with him at this point it's gone on too long! I just proceeded to demand my refund. He stated he's a little busy at the moment but he'll add me to his notes and call me First thing tomorrow morning. Even gave me a time of 11am on Wednesday December 30th. Which brings us to today! 31st! NO UPDATE - NO STARTER - NO REFUND! 4 months of this! 4 months of ZERO UPDATES from them! Ridiculous! I will be contacting the company again within the week! I'll update the review with the outcome! UPDATE: I did not get a call back on December 30th NO SUPRISE! Finally was able to get ahold of them Today. January 5th. To then be told, it's still backorder. Then the employee stated he's waiting on 3 more shipments. So I ask for a refund. AGAIN! Then he stated it should be here TODAY! If not he'll call me tomorrow January 6th at 10am. I JUST DONT understand how you can say it's back ordered. Then state it'll be here today. January 6th - The company did not call me at 10am like they stated. I called them around 1pm spoke to an employee I've been talking too for awhile. My wife and I went here with our two children since we were in the area today (we live in Herald, but our son had a doctor appointment in Roseville) and are currently in the market for a 4 seater UTV we can use around our farm and also take out on the trails when we go camping. We used to own a 2008 Kawasaki Teryx but sold it recently since it was a carb model and we were wanting to upgrade to fuel injected and it was only a 2 seater (modified to fit 4 with a seat and roll cage in the bed of the Teryx) and we were wanting a full 4 seater now. Unfortunately we spent over 30 minutes between the Honda and CanAm dealers and not a single sales person asked us if we needed help or had any questions. We saw at least 5 employees walking around and a few even made eye contact with us and yet not even an acknowledgement of us being in the store. I have had a past experience with the service department as well, brought in my father in laws can am ATV and were charged an hour of diagnostic time, yet when we picked it up we could tell they didn't really look at it or even offer to diagnose it any further. They said the motor wouldn't turn over at all and was probably blown, after tearing it apart myself I found out the cam had skipped a tooth and after fixing that the ATV fired right up. Brought my Honda 500 in for a shifting problem in Nov 2020. Service had it for 2 months while figuring out and waiting for parts. Bad shifting motor $600. Used two times after, same problem re-occured. Return in April. They had UTV for almost 5 moths while they tried to figure out the issue. Now in that time frame, several calls made to service dept to inquire as to progress. Never any calls made back to me when they had to check with mechanics and read notes?? After almost 5 moths, service came back stating I needed a whole new motor, $5500!!!! Bike is a 2015 with less than 500hrs and less than 100 miles? Picked up UTV and took to Honda Powersports in Yuba City for a second look/opinion. Come to find out in 1 week, Techs at Yuba city found it was a bad shifting paddle relay, $100. So, me being a female, I was hesitant about going to shop for a bike alone. However, I decided since I'm intelligent enough to know whenever I'm being taken advantage of I'll keep an open mind and give it a shot. Well, it didn't go well. The financial part went through without a hitch. In less than 15 minutes I was given approval for the bike that I was interested in. Now this is when things went left. The young man in charge of Roseville Power-sports refused to allow me to test drive the bike, I asked him to tell me about the bike and he stated " what do you want to know "?. I wanted to know all that he knew, but since he reacted as if I was a nuisance I said, never mind I can YouTube it. I was never offered the low interest rate instead I was offered 10 percent interest and more. I made an appointment to get the initial 50 hour service done on my atv at 930. At the time I made the apt. I asked how long it would take because I was driving from about an hour away and would have to wait while it was done. I was told a couple of hours which I thought was a little strange due to the fact the initial service is basically an oil change and inspection. When I dropped of my atv the guy at the desk said it would be ready to go around noon so I wasted a few hours and come back. 5 hours later they finally finished. Completely wasted my whole day for a simple service that should have been completed in an hour. I can't imagine what would happen if something was actually broken. I followed up a number of times about the Sea Doo and it was late arriving to their facility (Supply chain issues and not their fault). The Sea Doo finally arrived 2 months late and Tyeler from Roseville Powersports called and left me a message. I was traveling and called him back 3 days later. He told me they sold it to someone else since I did not call back immediately. I was upset about that and asked for my deposit back. We are now 1.5 months later and I still cannot get my deposit back. Brought in a front wheel from my motorcycle to have a new tire put on. The motorcycle was inside a garage during a house fire and so the front rim was charred and the tire burnt and it was a mess. I was so pleasantly surprised when I got the wheel back with tire mounted and it was cleaned up so well I could hardly tell it had the fire damage previously. They failed to tell me they only take cash, so we scramble to get it together came up $900 short on cash but had more than 4 k on my card . They wouldn't budge. The manager is rude kept saying it wasn't his fault because the original sales person left sic. Or so they say. Long day of driving for bad service and lies. All I was doing was trying to pay for the bike. The older salesman was very professional, the other wanna be young manager needs to sharpen his skills . Very negative experience over the phone. I'm not sure what type of amateur dealership these guys are running, but they are certainly not up to my standards. "Mark at sales" is one of the most unprofessional salesmen I've had to deal with. First of all, he could not give me a price for a side-by-side, and told me he was going to call me back. He never did. I had to call back a couple of days later, stating again that I was shopping around for the best price. He asked me what his competitor quotes were, and I refused to give him that information. He then refused to give me a price. I told him I was giving his dealership another shot, and that not getting a price from him would take my business somewhere else. He said he did not care. This is frankly hilarious. I took my ski to them to fix. 9 months later they finish it. I take it out and within 10 minutes it blows up again. I take it back to them and now almost 2 and a half months later I call to see if its done and they are still waiting for parts. I never dealt with a service department so bad. However, the reality remains that at no point was anyone ever disrespectful or demeaning to your staff on our side. Your staff did not address the original concern as to why our SeaDoo was brought to your business. For reference purposes, you did not do us any favors for free and I will gladly upload the Invoice to this feed indicating what was paid for. Your staff, including the owner, specifically said what was already stated. Why would any customer pay for a service in which the product doesn't work afterwards? The fact is this: You were initially paid a fee for "diagnosing" the water craft's issues, part of that was for the jet that sucked up a rope on the lake and part was for checking the electrical system. It was specifically told to you that the battery and starting mechanism were not working and need to be checked out. We paid for this as part of a diagnostic, and never asked you for a favor to charge the battery on the boat. Our boat is still under its 3 year warranty and any malfunctions wouldn't even cost us money. You state, that everything checked out and the boat was returned to us with a charged battery. However, when we got it back the "low indicator" sign came on. Let's ask the rest of the Roseville community, would I (or anyone) honestly come back the very next work day if you returned to me a boat that was running? Or, with a battery that was charged? Your words are both fraudulent and manipulative and the other person who is the client is my other half-we represent one another all the same. Best of luck selling products and services to people for an inflated value. You can try to save face, you ripped us off and its that simple. Lastly, let's not forget how the owner stated things like: "I am not going to bro with you....it's not against the law to decline helping customers." The owner clearly doesn't know how to deal with certain personalities with compassion and grace. When taking care of customers, you must be able to serve properly; customer is always right. Lastly, it was obvious there was some dishonesty going on with this battery not working from the beginning. There is no way it was verified to work right before we picked it up because we tried to start it about 15 minutes later and it wouldn't turn on. Such a disappointment. Believe me, we will gladly take our business elsewhere. Elk Grove may be a 46 minute drive, but it is well worth it to us when employees have excellent customer centricity skills. I came here in the summer of 2022 in regards of buying 2 jet skis from them and before I could even get out of the truck I was hassled by 3 employees due to parking in 2 spots because my truck didn't fit in 1 small spot. As I continued into the dealership I was surrounded by all of the employees trying to intimidate me and yelling at me. The staff and owner are very rude and unwilling to work with Customers. I tried for 2 years to buy a GoldWing from them, but was not willing to pay their ridiculous dealer markup. Bought my bike in the Bay Area. Now I tried to buy a set of tires from them and they quotes me $662 for a set of Dunlop Elite 4 tires. This is more than $200 above the price you can get anywhere else. I am part of a group of local motorcycle riders with almost 1,000 members. I here nothing but bad experiences with Roseville Power sports. Honda needs to get a Customer friendly dealer in the Sacramento. Maybe after these guys are gone. I had a most unfavorable experience with this store. I had brought my Sea Doos in for their yearly tune up. I was told that one of them was not running very good and required some extra attention. Days turned into weeks and they could not figure out what the issue was. After 45 days of waiting and getting the run around I was told that they do not have any idea what was wrong with the Sea Doo and they can't fix it. Yes 45 days. After picking them up I made a call to the Sea Doo Dealership in Elk Grove to see if they could diagnose the issue. Sure enough a couple days later I was informed that the fuel pump needed to be replaced. Once it was, the Sea Doo was purring like a kitten and ready to go. It was a very frustrating experience and to learn it was a simple fix like a fuel pump made it all the more annoying, knowing 1/2 the summer was over by the time they figured out they could not fix the water craft. I would rather drive the extra 40 minutes to Elk Grove rather than put my machines in the hands of a substandard service department. read more

I have tried on multiple different occasions to give this place my business for the purchase of a motorcycle and a jet ski as well as parts and they just don't work with their customers at all. THEY DONT SEEM TO CARE. There is a serious attitude problem at this store and it's no wonder they have such a low rating on Yelp. They have extremely poor customer service and don't negotiate prices or price match competitors one bit. They have no inventory and just sit around chatting with fellow co-workers rather than assist customers who just wander around the store unassisted. PART 2 :::: FINALLY I call back on the Powersports side where I get another salesperson who finally directs me to the owner DANA... this man talked down to me and belittled me , made me feel like an idiot, did not want to admit his employers mistakes, basically talked to me like I was some stupid female who couldn't order some parts, started raising his voice to me , cutting me off, telling me I was wrong, told me he didn't want to exchange my parts because he didn't want them " sitting on his shelves because it's not his problem" said the best he could do was call SSR and see if the wrong parts were ordered , how would he even know what parts I needed when he didn't ask me once what kind of bike it was or what it looked like, I had to tell him when he was done insulting me and I could finally get a word in, then the moment I try to interrupt him he snaps at me and tells me not to interrupt him and he's done going rounds with me , mind you at this point I'm begging the owner to just help me and stop demeaning me and talking down to me and just help me get the right parts, the sad part was I wasn't even looking for my money back or anything all I wanted was help to get the right parts for my bike. Whether a purchase small or big you should never talk to a customer the way HIS WHOLE TEAM DID, I expected better from the owner but I was sadly mistaken that guy is definitely the reason why his employees don't care because it honestly trickles down from management and I can tell you now this guy does not give a CRAP about anybody. Also on top of belittling me for half an hour straight then he tries basically telling me I'm an idiot for calling the Honda store and asking for a manager there when I bought my parts from the Roseville Powersports side when it was actually HIS SALESPERSON BRYAN that told me to call the Honda side and ask for a manager. Maybe if he didn't glorify himself on talking down to every customer that comes through the door once things go wrong and actually admit fault and try to make things right his company would have more than 2 STARS ON EVERY REVIEW PLATFORM. I should of listened to the reviews and NEVER WASTED MY TIME OR MONEY on this company. DANA AND JODI are the worst people I've ever dealt with buying anything from, usually once you get to the owner that's when you have someone to hear you out and listen. I recorded every conversation so if anyone would like to see how I was talk down too and treated I have Jodi and Dana recorded , I am very positive once you hear how they treated me you would never want to step foot in either company .. I hope you realize no customer big or small should ever be treated the way I got treated today. I will be writing on every review platform I can find and I am reaching out to the Better Business Bureau next, I will be heard for the treatment I received today! Dana and Jodi I hope after this you treat your customers better because you 2 DO NOT deserve to hold the titles as owners. And wait here's the best part, when I first spoke to Dana I kept asking him if he was a manager or if he managed both stores and he kept brushing the question off , it wasn't until almost HALFWAY in our 30 minute conversation he finally mentioned he was the owner, I wonder why you try to protect your identity, MAYBE ITS BECAUSE YOU ARE SO HORRIBLE TO PEOPLE!!! This place is awful. Made an appointment for service on a 2020 spark and when my appointment was finally here, he said go talk to parts first to see if they have the type of bolts you need. Surprise, they didn't. So was told we can order parts and you can bring it back and then look at it. I came here because Roseville Powersports had the highest yelp rating (3 stars) of any Seadoo dealer within a long drive. However Roseville Powersports disappointed just the same as the other terrible Seadoo dealers I've been to. My appointment wasn't honored, the promised timelines weren't met, and the service department's customer service was as terrible as at other Seadoo dealers. read more

Worst service department I have ever experienced! Melted the bottom of my ski to the runners on trailer by sliding it on in the hot sun. They had it for two weeks getting a quote to fix the damage they caused. When they found out they caused $1,200 dollars in damage they refused to pay for it. The owner even went as far as to call me a liar and accused me of causing the damage. I go to Elk Grove now to get my service, they have great customer service. read more
