Once they had both the V2 and the V4S in stock C19 hit and everything was brought to a halt. I opted to wait to get the bike in person as opposed to getting a bike delivered as I was unsure of which bike I wanted. I had also called around to see if anywhere else had offered test rides since this was a lot of money for a bike and I wanted to be sure I got the correct bike for me. EVERYWHERE I called said I could either test ride one bike or none. One place even said I had to BUY the bike FIRST just to test drive it and if I did not like it return it and go from there. Say what? Back to A&S. We scheduled an appointment for test rides and Al was the same niceness he was before and I took home a beautiful bike that I love. The trade in was discussed on the phone prior so there was no surprise on that quote The only thing I wish were different was how LONG it took to buy the bike. I know it was a busy day but dang I have purchased cars that took way less than this process did. Follow up: I stopped by to see if service could look at my bike without an appointment an hour before closing as I was in the area. Could not have been nicer. Ended up blowing the starter as well. That was the start of my issues with the bike. The bike has been in and out of the shop every 2 months. 3 staters were out in, and now there is an oil leak that they can't seem to find, yet every time I park the bike within an hour there are drops of oil under the bike. They keep saying they can't find the leak or any leak at all. ​I wouldn't recommend buying a bike from them or taking a bike there for service. I like the staff but I've spent over twice what the bike is worth just trying to keep it running.

Extremely Poor Customer Service - Honda Service Department I…read morepurchased a brand-new Honda CRF250F and after only one month of ownership, the battery was already bad. When I brought it to the service department, I was told that Honda does not warranty their batteries and that replacing it would cost $170. The service representative then accused me of leaving the ignition on, claiming that is why they don't warranty batteries. That was absolutely not the case. I found it very unprofessional and insulting to be accused of negligence after spending nearly $6,000 on a brand-new motorcycle. Refusing to stand behind a defective battery and blaming the customer instead is unacceptable. This was extremely poor customer service, and I will not be returning. I do not recommend this service department.
