Of all of the great things about Vision Tech Siding the thing that I'd like to say made the entire experience, and the thing most contractors lack severely, was the exceptional communication. From the moment I reached out via email, Ty was on it -- reaching out within the hour to schedule a visit to my home in regards to installing new vinyl siding on my home. We had half a dozen companies come out to give us quotes however Ty was the only one that brought a ladder out and did precise measurements from the roof and other high up area -- something I appreciated. The other companies used their iPads and an app to get "general" measurements which is fine but I liked the extra effort Ty put in so that immediately made me feel comfortable choosing them over the others. Vision Tech was also the best priced of the others AND was able to get the job scheduled within the month. Again, the others weren't able to give even tentative timelines for job completion. They were actually able to come in less than 3 weeks which was a pleasant surprise. He estimated at most the job would take about a week however they were able to get the job done in about 3 days! His team worked quickly and efficiently. We are in a 3 1/2 story townhome, with about 3,000 sq ft exterior wall and limited space between neighbors so the fact the were able to set up scaffolding, get the job completed and clean up in that time frame was a sight to see. Overall we were very pleased with the communication, speed and efficiency of our relationship with Vision Tech. Not to mention the finished product looks good and the 30 year transferrable warranty is a great perk to have in case anything goes wrong. Would gladly choose them to do work on our home again.
