I can't even wear it in the shower at leaks like a sieve. The owner told me everything "looks good my friend" which is b******* obviously the rear case cover has a bad seal. worst experience. I called before the visit asked about a simple battery replacement on my watch. he was so confident that he can get it done in 10 mins and its such an easy job. I brought in my wife's raymond weil watch and I could see him struggling with a screw and I could see him applying way too much force to it. waited 30 mins I said please stop. when I looked at the watch, the back case was DAMAGED and a one of the screws were CHIPPED. nice. Brought in to other watch repair store, they said it is too damaged I better take it to the raykond weil brand shop for the repair.
