The deck has failed miserably! After 11years, the pressure treated wood has rotted, it is not safe. We are just waiting for our building permit and the stairs and deck will be replaced, but not Prestige! The actually offered nothing as far as a warranty or even a break on a rebuild! I was told by Alex, if they replaced the failure of the installations they have done, the company would go bankrupt! Now, not all the decks and other structures they have done have failed as horribly as ours. They did offer me an estimate to do a new deck, my answer was no even though they cheaper than the company we are using! Alex also told me it was not his companies fault but the government because the arsenic was removed from pressure treated wood. H e did fail mention that the grade of wood that was used was not not premium wood. They used cheaper wood but still charge for a superior product, that is the only explanation for such a horrible failure. They should have offered to replace the structure at their cost if they cared at all about customer service. And no, we didn't count on it the replacement being paid for, we are completely prepared to cover the cost!

This resulted with multiple delays with being able to give Raul clear definition of where the fencing would be installed. And then came the snow delays. With each delay, Raul patiently waited for those issues to be resolved and made numerous trips to assess and address questions we had regarding fence composition, construction, gates, etc. Finally got a land surveyor (a really good one by the way - White Stone Land Surveying - Bob Tedesco) to come out, identify property markers and add more markers for the unusual curvature of our left property line. Contacted Raul and he was out the next day, assessed the work and provided a quote to do the work. 2 days later, the work commenced and 2 days after that, Flores Fence had constructed a very nice pressure treated wood fence with 1x2 in pool mesh wire. The fence encloses nearly 4 acres and has two small and 2 double-wide gates. The price was very competitive. The workers were very respectful of the property and the communication was superb. After months of delays, repeated promises, and numerous scheduled completion dates that were not met, demands for more money the project remains unfinished. Throughout the project, we received multiple explanations for the delays, but the fence was still not completed. We have saved our contract, text messages, photographs, and Ring camera recordings documenting the timeline and the condition of the project. Because the work was not completed as agreed, we have terminated the contract, requested a full refund of the money paid, and have consulted an attorney regarding our legal options. He was very careful to indicate that he didn't want to add anything unnecessary to the point where I was like, no no... please tell me all the things that need to be fixed. In fact, I wish we had fixed even more unnecessary parts of the fence, but he cares deeply about the budget and savings and pointed out which things are great to fix now and which can wait. He was incredibly honest. To make matters better, he came in at a lower price than the other quotes I received, AND he was willing to schedule work immediately (pending mandatory utility checks). My house is in Vienna, VA, and his brother Edwin, who partners with him, came out and did most of the work. They work together. His brother is super kind and patient, and even decided to work on a day with temperatures surpassing mid-90s. Pro-tip: Leave out some cold drinks for your contractors on hot days. In fact, they even added a few extra bonus fixes for me since I had a few rotten fence caps, and he made the broken fence posts look perfect.
