Our washer at home just isn't big enough, and it always takes multiple drying cycles, so I figured I'd give this place a try. I was pleasantly surprised. The laundromat is very clean, well maintained, and wasn't busy at all. The employee working there was incredibly friendly and helpful. I grew up using coin-operated machines with my mom, so I was expecting the old-school setup, but they use a laundry card instead. It was super easy to load the card with either cash or a credit/debit card, and she took the time to explain how everything worked. The floors were clean, the folding tables were spotless, and there were plenty of chairs to sit and wait. I even noticed the employee wiping down the outside of the machines, which says a lot about how much they care about keeping the place clean. The whole place felt safe, and I didn't see anyone hanging around that made me feel uncomfortable. Another bonus is that there's a McDonald's and an ampm within walking distance, so it's easy to grab a snack, a drink, or gas while you wait for your laundry. I'll definitely be coming back whenever we need to wash our bedding. Highly recommend!

Rude lady Came here…read morea while ago. Put my load in. Was hoping to ask the lady if she does dry cleaning too or knows any dry cleaners in the area. Literally explodes on me, profusely states "look it up on your phone, what are you asking me for" Dont go here. I don't remember her name but she looked very similar to the mucinex commercial, the green snot. She's middle aged and tubby. Terrible human being.

When the pillows weren't done and I had to come back the next day, Daniel trusted me enough to take the comforters home without paying, and trusted that I will come Back to get my pillows then pay when I retrieve them. Wow! Not a lot of places do that anymore. I'm sure I'll be back, but the other place is closer to my home. Also great value for the work they do.

I ended up putting them in the dryer and she came back stating well since you're already here we will let you. Now I'm waiting for them to dry and they are watching me staring at me, making me uncomfortable as I am trying to dry and fold my clothes to go home. They gave me a hard time just being able to use a basket to get my clothes out. Mind you, I am the only person in here. Business is clearly slow. To say the least I will not be returning.

You are no longer allowed to come to this establishment to only dry your clothes. And I know some people don't believe this to be true but homeless people are people too. They're someone's mother, sister, brother, father, daughter cousin..... Some have just fallen the wrong way and some need some help coming back up and that sometimes is in the form of a laundromat so they can be warm and cozy and some soaking clothes from the street.... anyhow For example, my washer works at home and my dryer is broken so we wash our clothes at home and bring them here to be dried. But that is now against the rules at this establishment. I was chewed out this morning by an elderly Asian man hanging signs about how you can only wash and dry together here. What a disappointment to the community. He kept telling me it was because homeless people come in and put things in and then they have to disinfect it and I told him that was the way of the world and the way of his business. If he's going to work in a laundromat, he's going to have to expect that people are going to put things in. Sometimes that aren't the best or that are going to need some extra assistance. Not everybody has the sound mental health to understand how everything works. Extremely disappointing and extremely gas lighting by the manager. I will no longer be coming here and I hope anybody who needs to just dry their clothes won't either, because now they'll kick you out.

Plenty of street parking infront of the shops down the street, though it is always busy and spots are always taken. The laundromat is nice and clean. Machine is clean and new. There are spots to sit and wait for your laundry, some arcade games, and they even sell slushies(?) and stuffs there if you need. For my comforter dry cleaning, it's a flat of $70+ (after tax). You drop it off and they'll tell you how long they'd need to get it done (5-6days). But you will get a text message when it's ready. I went to pick it up and decided to take a look right away. Glad I did, because it seems it wasn't cleaned right. The light-yellow ish stain from sweat wasn't even cleaned off. So i immediately showed it to the staff and they right away offered a second time dry clean for free. For this, I thought mistake/subpar quality was made but customer service to make up for it was acceptable. Would still give it another go at this location if I have anything to dry clean next time

The clothes were ready on time and were nicely hung for pick up. Felt great to find and support a local, family owned business! The owner informed me he's been in this location for over 50 years. They do things different now maybe I've been out of it for a while. You have to take your credit or…read moredebit card and put it on to a laundry card. And then you use that laundry card or the machines. You can put any amount you want onto the laundry car. Someone load to wash $3.75 the biggest load they have is $11.50 and about 50 cents for 7 minutes to drive. You can't buy any supplies with your debit card or your laundry card you have to have cash which is a detriment. I don't carry cash. So make sure you bring your soap with you. This place is located in a quiet part of West Seattle during the week hardly any traffic maybe four people washing in any given time and they have a TV and they have a lot of chairs but also very bad they have no bathrooms here. So after this I think I'll just do laundry at home.
