The confirmation says that the driver will call before they arrive but we got the call when they were already there. Since it was so early in the AM and we did not have any time to get presentable the driver left the chairs in the backyard. The day of our event 8/20/23 had terrible weather. It was considered a "tropical storm" so we stacked up all the chairs in the garage so they wouldn't get ruined from the rain. At this point we did the set up and take down ourselves. The driver that pickup the chairs said someone would be contacting us about refunding that charge but after a month of waiting I reached out myself. I got no response. I reached out again in December and was told they do not offer refunds. It is not our fault the driver didn't call BEFORE arriving and I guess we should've left the chairs and cushions out in the rain to get our moneys worth. I will not be doing business with them in the future.

I cancelled my order but was CATEGORICALLY told that I could get credit for the $413.86 deposit that I had made, and that the credit would NOT expire. I called today to place another order and was told that they honored only cancelations from 2020. Then the story changed to "the credit is only good for one year". I trusted the sales person I spoke to in 2021, but failed to get it in writing, and yes, it was my mistake. What kind of business establishment is this. My advice is that if you have any business dealings with this shoddy rental company, make sure you have everything in writing as they change their minds and policies to suit their ends. Shocking !!!
