    When I first came across "Over The Top Rentals", I was worried that the price would be "Over The Top"... HOWEVER, in comparing estimates from multiple rental companies in the area, this was the most affordable and best quality!! Now I understand that "Over The Top" refers to their customer service - WOW!! I am totally blown away by how professional and helpful Aaron and Allison were throughout the whole process. We had an outdoor wedding in February 2023 and were praying for the sun... But alas, it was a rainy day! Aaron and Allison made all of the last-minute adjustments to make sure all of our guests were covered and warm for the special day. I can't imagine having done my wedding with any other rental company... Over The Top is INCREDIBLE and I will be using them for all future events that we may have. Over The Top - thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

    We could not be happier with our decision to trust Over The Top Speciality Event Rentals with making our vision come true for our backyard wedding in June of 2021! My now husband and I had been together for 10 years before we got married, so we (or I) had a lot of time to dream about our future wedding. Of course we had always imagined having our reception at a venue, but due to the pandemic, we decided to have it in my father-in-law's backyard instead. At the beginning, the thought of planning a wedding ourselves--even a small, backyard one--was daunting; my now husband and I didn't know where to start. On top of that, we are both teachers, which means that we have very little free time. Fortunately for us, my sister knew Allison and helped set up our first meeting. That was when we met Allison and Aaron, and we immediately could tell that they were experts in event planning. From that moment forward, we had an open line of communication about our wedding. They listened to our ideas, and gave us their professional input for how we could realistically achieve our vision with our budget. They were also extremely flexible throughout the entire process. Our wedding plans evolved so much as California's Covid restrictions loosened, and they never made us feel "bad" for making so many changes. Well Allison and Aaron TRANSFORMED my father-in-laws backyard! Now that it's all said and done, I cannot imagine our wedding reception being anywhere else (nor do I wish that it was). To say that the set up was beautiful is an understatement! They exceeded our expectations (and everyone else's--we got so many compliments!). In addition to the rentals, we decided to have them do our florals, and everything turned out so, so beautiful and cohesive. We also decided to have Allison be our Day-of-Coordinator, and this was one of the best decisions that we made throughout our entire wedding planning process! She has so much experience, her attention to detail is amazing, plus she was super available and responsive: I could email, text, or call her anytime, whether it was to ask for her opinion or to vent (as a bride, this is important!). I truly felt like I could rely on her, which is huge when it comes to planning your wedding. No matter what event you are planning, we wholeheartedly recommend Over The Top Speciality Event Rentals. They have the experience and the resources to make your vision a reality. We felt like we had a dream team on our side, and you will too if you trust them. We cannot say it enough: thank you Allison and Aaron!!!

    Over The Top is the best rental company. Allison is great and so easy to work with. I was celebrating my mother's 80th birthday and approx 50 guest had rsvp'd. On the week leading to the party many of the guest tested positive for COVID. I informed Allison of the problem and that I needed to cancel 2 of the farm tables and some of the chairs. She was so gracious and quickly assisted me and also refunded me for the cancelled tables and chairs. I will never rent from another company. Over The Top will be my go for all party needs.

    It was time for an updated review... I've used Over the Top many, many times. They never disappoint! Allison is wonderful and helps you find exactly what you're looking for. I recently rented this backdrop from them and it was absolutely perfect! I'll use Over the Top time and time again. :)

    Allison helped me decorate a bridal shower I was hosting. She provided the lines, tables and chairs. I last minute lost my backdrop at the dessert table and she sabe the day! She also made the cutest centerpieces of different types of cacti and succulents! Thank you so much!

    Customized see-through tent to see the moonlight (we had a full moon!) with 3 chandeliers and enough tables to accommodate 125 guests.

    Over the Top truly was amazing and made our wedding the most memorable event! Aaron and his crew were so professional and assisted every step of the way with the planning and execution of our vision. They were so flexible with us on the budget, and operated discretely behind the scenes to get everything set up at our location. It turned out better than we could have hoped, and people afterward were telling us we had the ultimate "Pinterest wedding"! We would recommend Over the Top without question, they are the best in Southern California. Thanks!

    From the moment we met with Allison and Aaron we knew we were in good hands. Our event turned out so beautiful thanks to Over The Top. They built a custom frame to hang chandelier's just to make my vision come true. I highly recommend them.

    Pull up a chair review…read more After months of searching for a rental company that offered both quality and affordability, we were so thankful to have found Pull Up A Chair Rentals. We had gone to other rental places and they were not as clean, or as organized as their showroom. I really appreciated being able to see first hand each piece of rental to make the best choice. Plus, Dawn Marie was really sweet and gave wonderful insight to us for choosing which color would look best with what. Even went above and beyond to find additional pieces they didn't offer. They provided all the remaining rentals we needed for our wedding - tent, chairs, tables, linens, whiskey barrels - you name it, and everything was in great condition and exactly what we were looking for. Their clean, well-organized showroom made the selection process easy and enjoyable. It was clear right away that this was a family-run business that takes pride in what they do. They were incredibly accommodating and kind throughout the entire process, and even when we encountered small hiccups (as all weddings do), they handled them quickly and made things right without hesitation. We're truly grateful for their service and support. If you're planning a wedding or event, don't hesitate to reach out to Pull Up A Chair Rentals - they're professional, dependable, and wonderful to work with! Yelp, please don't take my review down.     Had an appointment at 10:30 for a viewing of some items I'd prefer seeing the condition of in…read moreperson it's now 10 minutes PAST my appointment time I've called their number at least 12 times since 0900 am , just to be called as I'm writing this review for her to tell me that she didn't even have me on schedule (mind you I made this appointment with her about three weeks ago) and that she was busy at an event but could see me in 20 minutes ( just for her to STILL NOT BE HERE 30 minutes later ) . I take professionalism in a business as a big thing, and this just left a very bad taste in my mouth. Maybe this review will be updated in the event if I choose to go forward with them but at this point I just feel like how can I trust you to show up to my party on time and have me on schedule if you can't even keep to a viewing appointment on time and on schedule?? I'm sure the items they have inside are beautiful, etc. but professionalism and trustworthiness in a business is a big thing . Ok after having a conversation with Dawn, I changed the review score on this because she made me feel at ease even though I was upset with the initial lack of appointment time. I am happy to move forward with her because of how she handled the situation today.

    5/5 I reached out to…read moreFran's Kids Jump looking for a possible tent rental for an event next week, our Thanksgiving dinner for the kids at Micah House and their families (38 families total). Because of the rain in the forecast, we were trying to find a good solution, and Angel responded to me immediately. She was so easy to communicate with. I tried sending her a picture of last year's setup, but it wouldn't go through, so she even gave me her personal number (and thankfully she had an iPhone, yay!) so I could send it directly. She was incredibly gracious and had some of the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. She asked thoughtful questions and really tried to help me figure out what would work best for our event. The pricing was also very reasonable, $350 for a 20x40 tent for the day, plus service fees and taxes. Honestly, that's extremely affordable. Unfortunately, since our event is for a nonprofit, it ended up being outside our budget this time, so we weren't able to move forward with the rental. BUT I absolutely plan to come back to Fran Kid Jump in the future. If I ever need a tent for an event, especially one that might get rained on, I will be reaching back out to Angel. She was amazing, and I highly recommend Fran's Kids Jump for party rentals!
