I finally called Olympus, and I was so thankful I did. The team was understanding, reasonably priced, and didn't make me feel like they were trying to take advantage of the situation. When the crew showed up, they were all very nice and got everything set up quickly. Pickup was also easy and smooth. I posted a picture so you can see what the clear tent looked like at night. We just removed a few bulbs so it wouldn't be too bright, and it ended up looking really nice. After calling a lot of places, I definitely recommend checking them out.
