Many like their unique variation of poutines, but I will start with the basic to know if they can get it right when I try a new poutine place. Very good - Freshly taste fries, lots of curds, and rich gravy. I would probably try pick up or eat in next time, to enjoy freshly made texture (crispy fries and curds' squeakiness. The fires were crispy, the curds were squeaky and the gravy was delicious. Id also like to shout out the person who took our order; she was super friendly and asked me to share my thoughts after, which just made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. The "Beast Style" fries are seasoned crinkle fries (spicy red pepper, garlic, paprika, sugar, and lime), then the fries are topped with caramelized onions, American cheese, pickles, mayo, ketchup, and mustard. I felt that it kind of tasted like a Big Mac. Overall, the restaurant doesn't offer a large variety of food but the food I ordered was decent.
