I come to know just about everybody that works there in the staff is so super friendly and accommodating. I don't know how anybody can complain about this place. The restaurant is always clean a lot of times you will go in and they will have half of the restaurant blocked off because it just got cleaned and the floors just got mopped. I'm not sure who is operating as the manager, but I think it's a woman named Maddie. She is beyond wonderful and friendly and knows exactly what it takes to provide quality along with impeccable customer service. On top of that she is absolutely drop dead gorgeous. The place is always fully staffed and never do you have to wait because employees are not working, they are always working and hustling and providing the best service and quality possible. I read some of the reviews from other people and some of the things that are absolutely untrue. For instance, somebody mentioned that they had cold . That's a lie. I have eaten literally hundreds of times and never once got a cold It's too bad there's not more places like this in New Castle because New Castle is severely lacking when it comes to quality and cleanliness of the restaurants where the staff the standards of the food that they serve This place does everything right?
