I was pleased to see breaded, fried cauliflower, a favorite of mine, with a double smash cheeseburger.The cauliflower was the highlight of my food, tasty, perfectly fried, beautifully crispy. The smash burger was a real disappointment. Okay, let me hear from everyone now, why do we love smash burgers?? That's right, those wonderful crispy edges! Sadly, no crispy edges on this one. The 2 patties were also, somehow, cooked unevenly. One was well-done, the other medium.
