We then realized that we had handed them a $20 bill, and only got refunded $16.65 for the breakfast items. I walked back in, and let the cashier know about the mistake, she nicely went and told the manager in the very back of the kitchen, and all the way from the lobby I could hear the rude manager yelling that there was a drink on the order, and that she's not going to refund us ect. She then storms off with the drink dumps it dramatically and starts being aggressive with the cash register in the back getting my change.
