"I ate it I'll rate it." It's ( the KFC FOOD) good when it's good but when it's bad it's bad. As the saying goes. I would say if you have the time to Call Ahead for a family order or more than two Original Thighs. This KFC restaurant Seems to "we are out of that now. For the rest of the night..." I have received all of what I order at the window with out waiting 7-10ish minutes 1 out of 5 times. Often out of one of their Sides or their is a wait for them to cook thighs or Bites or Hot Wings those were my items I had to wait for. Lately the service has been poor! The food still taste great, but it would be great that they have what you want to order. The wait time also for chicken is long considering they should have food ready and during their busiest hrs they should be prepared! This past yrs their staff is poorly educated, they literally sound like they are off the street. I am not trying to be bias or disrespectful but you have to be professional. The service at the particular KFC is horrid. The smallest requests (like asking for a order to be divide into two bags) are meet with a "no, we don't do that". This has happened several times to both my wife and I. Along with the poor service, their lobby and seating area are unkempt and with trash cans overflowing. read more

This store is possibly the worst place for drive thru service. It seems to me that if a customer has to return to the drive thru to pick up the correct order, that steps should be taken to ensure that the order is of the best quality. And when that customer returns the 3rd time because of poor quality in the ordered items, the store should bend over backwards to make amends. That doesn't seem to be the practice of the Sunnyside KFC. Another case where they throw any poor excuse for food in a bag and toss it out to the drive thru customer, seemingly thinking that the driver won't return to correct it. If this isn't the case, I challenge the store to prove me wrong by properly serving me from their drive thru on my next visit, which will, for good reason, not be soon. i give it no stars!!!!! it should be restocked with new management and workers!!!!! i have lived in sunnyside all my life, as a kid we worked a whole corn season to get to have dinner at the new original kfc in sunnyside early 1970's. as our family reward for all the manual labor we did that 1st season. i love the grilled, i know to always call ahead and order it. it never fails, i give them 5-10 minutes more then they say and i always still have to wait 5-10 after i get there. i had coupons i ordered which i told them about on the phone 2 - 7 pc meals original 2 - 10 pc buckets of grilled ordered by phone @5:00 they said it would be ready at 5:20, got there at 5:30 i gave my name and then asked for an extra cole slaw to be added to my order. then i was told i would have to wait they were out of original chicken. i asked why since i had ordered it 30 minutes ago why i had to wait again. i was given the look like who are you and we don't really care to bad for you, b-tch. 2 girls yaking with each other as they rang my order over charged me, because they didn't give me 1 of the 4 coupon discounts and over charged me 8.64 credit card. then gabriel v used his manager key and told her to give me 8.00 back, i, said no i need tax back. i was once a given the look. so she gave me 7 more cents--wrong was to be 64 cents! they didn't do proper procedure to keep the till balanced by voiding the transaction and reringing it. gabriel came up and gave me the look again and mock rang the order correctly to figure out the correct amount and then reached in his pocket and just slammed a hand full of change at me. then i tried to ask about the wait for chicken problem and he said that they ran short of grilled- which the girls told me original. his excuse is that someone else came in and ordered grilled and they gave it to them. so why did i call mine in ahead of time if they are just going to give it away to anyone who walks in? gabriel just kept giving me the look and never apologized or tried to make the customer(me) happy told me next time to go to toppenish for my chicken. then as i am still waiting for 10 minutes for my food which is making me nervous that they are spitting on my order or worse...i see that they didn't charge me for my extra cole slaw which ment i wasn't going to get my extra cole slaw. perfect time for gabriel to apoligize and offer me a cole slaw for free, no he rang it up and asked for 5.38 which i had to get my credit card out again. then my food was ready sitting at the end of the counter and nobody gave it to me, so i went down and got it 5;40. now i have to check it for spit/sh-t /dirt or who knows what so i can maybe feel safe eating it. just checked my buckets of chicken. the order was 2 x 7 original and 2 x 10 grilled. guess what they got it backwards!!!!!!!!! read more
