Yeah, that's right... I am adding a star to my original review. While visiting the bustling metropolis that is Webster, SD this past weekend we decided that a trip to A&W was in order. Of course that is always the case when we visit there. As expected the food was not only nostalgic but it was delicious. So much so I am glad I don't live in Webster or I would have to go the gym 2-3 more times a week. Based on their excitement as they ordered and the speed in which my family tore through their meals I am pretty sure they agreed. Of course the root beer was phenomenal, so much so we had to take a gallon home! That was 6 hours ago and it's almost gone. A&W for the win! read more

The food was subpar and took 13 minutes of waiting in the drive thru for an order of mini corn dogs and two small fries. When it was finally ready we received no apologies for the wait just a "here ya go." If you're going to charge crazy prices have good food or good service. read more

so we went today around 1220 and when we walked in and the woman taking our order screwed up our entire order and then continued to talk about me & my 16 year old daughter to the entire staff when we were eating loudly about how she knew we were going to be a problem for her. then when I went back to the register because she screwed up my order to get another hamburger she just gave me a look and walked away from me. She made our experience awful. Who talks about customers when they're sitting right there? Not professional in any manner. read more
