First off this is just strictly my view nothing personal…read more I was a little sad to experience the discrimination i did with one of my buddies visiting for a quick bite. i have no idea what we did wrong to receive such treatment from your waiter (short white male with glasses) he absolutely did not want to attend us and literally walked around the room asking everyone about the food and ambiance except us, they made us wait until the end, our food showed up after everyone else got served, our drinks didn't come until we were done eating, the whole vibe was just uncomfortable to the point it felt like we were not welcomed, i feel bad for the lady who was serving us they had here running everywhere and i sensed the discomfort from her as well, almost like she knew that we knew what was going on. The food was whatever nothing special just noticed the huge portions and really messy. Sorry i was born with brown skin, maybe talk to your workers about not being intimidated by someone who is not white. I would love to hear back from you guys as i know you video tape the inside, let's see the footage and see what you think.

Came here due to Yelp reviews as we were traveling through the area on vacation. Am very grateful…read morewe made the stop. This restaurant/bar is located in the heart of downtown Ennis. The preserved historic facade is a much appreciated gateway to the past. The same rustic theme passes through to the interior with some obvious upgrades. It's inviting yet you know it's a bar too...the food doesn't seem to be the focus yet it definitely should not be missed. We sat ourselves and the bartender quickly arrived with menus and asked for our drink order. This girl had to hustle as she was tending bar, cleaning tables, placing and serving orders...felt a little sorry that she had so much on her plate, but she never lost her smile and appeased every customer easily. Food came out quicker than I expected since it was a one-woman show, but the cook is somewhere in the back and he helped bringing out plates. My husband had "The Gunsmoke" (classic smash burger), added cheddar cheese. My friend and I had "The Outlaw" smash burger (bacon, bleu cheese, bourbon grilled onions) and my other friend had the chicken tenders. The burgers were heavily seasoned (some complained of too much salt, though to me it was perfect), tender and juicy even though the burgers were leaning more towards medium well than medium. All ingredients were a perfect compliment to each burger. The Outlaw is incredibly rich since there aren't any fresh veggies to cut the richness, but that's also part of its charm. The rosemary French fries were crisp tender, seasoned well...utterly scrumptious in every sense of the word. My friend also enjoyed the chicken tenders....fried without being overdone and lightly seasoned. Drink refills were frequent and never had to ask. Price was very reasonable considering how much food we had and how delicious it all was. $35 for excellent service, wonderful juicy burgers and drinks was well worth every cent! Just an FYI - bathrooms are very outdated, though somewhat charming at the same time....probably the worst part of the visit, though not off-putting enough to not use. Odd that there was a young child sitting at the bar with their mother but maybe it's a small town thing...it did make me feel a little uncomfortable.

She took a dirty chemical towel to wipe around the customer beer glass. These ladies act very suspicious and a pick me energy. She called my homegirl a man because she was tall. When greeting us at the door!!! She didn't even apologize and she clearly saw how uncomfortable and upset my friend girl was. FOOD: UNDERCOOKED, Raw fries and sloppy burger. It didn't taste like anything and but the bacon was the only thing I tasted other than the dry tasteless meat. I won't be referring my colleagues to this place, however, the atmosphere of the bar is okay. But no one wants a dirty staff and ladies who seem to have attitudes about being there to serve you. Hire some cooler people please, also to the cook PUT SOME SEASONING ON THE FOOD SIR, and wash your hands when entering the kitchen. He kept on walking in and out and going to tables with gloves on. Ughhhhhhh!!!! GET IT TOGETHER EVERYONE PLEASE.

Quick word of advice: if you're heading east toward Butte, you'll need to drive through the whole town of Drummond to get back on the interstate. Parker's Restaurant sits conveniently just off the highway and boasts what might be the largest burger menu I've ever seen -- over 100 different options. The interior is eclectic, packed with nostalgic touches like vintage glass Coke bottles and quirky figurines. You can order from printed menus or from the massive chalkboard that runs the length of the restaurant, listing entrees from end to end. Even on a busy late Saturday afternoon, we were greeted promptly and seated right away, though open tables were limited. Our drink order was taken and delivered quickly, and the server was ready for our food order whenever we were. The only downside was the wait time -- about 30 minutes from ordering to the table. I had a tough time choosing, but ultimately went with the Ultimate Patty Melt: two ¼-pound patties, grilled onions, grilled peppers, Swiss cheese, and Thousand Island dressing on grilled dark rye. The patties were fresh, thick, and clearly hand-formed in the kitchen. The onions and peppers added great flavor, though I found the Thousand Island a bit lacking. Luckily, their fry sauce was excellent and made a perfect table-side substitute. My buddy ordered the Chili Size, which was massive and also featured two ¼-pound patties. As with any chili dish, the chili itself makes or breaks it -- theirs was solid, loaded with both beans and meat, and you could clearly taste the ground beef in every bite. Overall, Parker's delivers a fun, old-school roadside diner experience with huge portions and plenty of burger variety. Perfect stop if you're cruising through Montana on I-90!

The Guinness is always poured to perfection, complete with impressive beer art. The fish and chips remain my go-to, but I tried the pub burger today and it was spot on--perfectly cooked and served on a pretzel bun that really sets it apart. While this restaurant came highly recommended by everyone we asked, I hesitated at first because it wasn't a historic building. It seems most if not all historical restaurants are long gone. Ultimately, we decided to give it a try--and I am so glad we did! We shared the the shepherd's pie and bread pudding for dessert. We hesitated at first with the shepherds pie as it was not the typical recipe, this was made with lamb and topped with colcannon potatoes. I was pleasantly surprised when the kitchen thoughtfully split our plate for us. Because our friends weren't familiar with those potatoes, they settled on the fish instead, ordering the 2-piece and 3-piece cod dinners. They thought the fish was fantastic and the lamb shepherd's pie was absolutely delicious. The bread pudding was excellent too. It was a thoroughly enjoyable evening, and we highly recommend stopping in!
