I did some research and reached out to a couple places but generally they want to keep the wheel for a couple days and I just wasn't a fan of doing that. I came across this company and figured I would give it a go. After some discussion through Facebook messenger we setup a date/time. Neil showed up promptly and couldn't be more professional. He took my wheel off and into his mobile van to complete the work. I believe it took about an hour to an hour and a half. I was very impressed with his work and cant tell where the scratches were. I know who to go to (hopefully it doesn't happen again but just in case) in the future. I would absolutely refer him to anyone looking to fix their wheel.

I didn't notice obviously until I went to get my brakes fixed and all of the lug nuts were so badly damaged we couldn't get them off in order to fix my back brakes. then we went back to speak with someone regarding this. It took a week of going there and calling being told they can't get ahold of a manager and finally on Sunday we were able to get ahold of the manager and he told us it was our fault they didn't do that and we messed it up like what?? How would we do that? We don't have a machine to mess up all of my lug nuts like that and obviously we couldn't even try and get the lug nuts off because of how badly they were put on and stripped! Anyways the manager essentially threatened my boyfriend saying they can meet up and honestly it's wild that a business can't even be honest and own up to a mistake that one of their technicians made. Then the guy I spoke with on the phone started cursing at me telling me we haven't been there in over a year to get my tires done. I said what? We just got our tires put on last month! Like I have proof of me buying the tires and getting them done like the end of July after our vacation. Definitely not over a year ago. He then started cursing at me so I said "excuse me I am not cursing at you so why are you cursing at me?" And the guy hung up on me! To be specific, I was quoted 2 different prices by nationwide chains located in my area , but neither could provide the needed tow service and one couldn't even do the work for another day or two. AAA dispatched Number One , and there truck arrived within minutes and the driver called in the replacement alternator. Upon arrival at the shop , the staff immediately began working on my suv and had me ready to go in a flash. They beat the one chain store in price by $300 , and another by $60 ( but that one I would've had to buy the part at one location and bring it to their repair shop). I felt completely comfortable and confident throughout the process that my car was being worked on by competent mechanics doing quality work at a competitive price.
