We talked to several contractors…read morebefore choosing Arms, their estimate was a bit below the average and they had several good suggestions for how to get a shower, a vanity, and a toilet in a very small space. They had to gut the bathroom that had not been usable in twenty years, had a cast iron tub, exposed pipes, old plaster walls, and a decrepit sink and toilet. They were also good with old cast iron plumbing and fixed some problems there without going much over the estimate, a very nice bonus. Steve Arms and his son were considerate workers, frequently checked with me to ensure I would like what they were doing, and responded to a couple of my surprise requests without missing a beat and dragging out the project. I have already recommended them to my neighbor for a larger project they have going on, others who have worked with them in the past tell me they were also pleased with this company. I will be getting estimates from them for a couple of other project I have in mind.
