They installed a reverse osmosis system under my kitchen sink, and within minutes it was leaking--water pooling across my floor and soaking our rug. This was caused by their installation. I called immediately and was told the earliest they could return was the next afternoon. No urgency, no attempt to troubleshoot, no effort to fix a problem they just created. Expecting a customer to sit with an active leak and potential damage for nearly 24 hours is unacceptable. This is not what you expect from a company that pushes memberships and claims reliable service. I canceled my membership and won't be using them again.

The man came and installed a non-programmable heat pump thermostat that costs less then $40 at home depot. I was charged a $110 diagnostic fee and then 214.84 for the thermostat plus and 18.00 fuel surcharge. I paid $354 for less than an hour of work. Make sure you get the charges clarified if you use these guys and buy your own thermostat!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! Worst customer service in my life. We hired them for master bathroom…read morerenovation. They sent a guy who spoke little English who said he could demo the bathroom in half a day. He proceeded to cut two water lines and LEAVE 20 min later without telling me (I was in the house). I called Riverway, they said he was overwhelmed and can't do the job and they can send someone else Tuesday. (This was Friday). I needed our water main back on, the girl on phone said she can send someone OR my crew can turn it back on "either way". My crew turned it on. Hours later I get home and realize my basement is flooded and ceiling busted through under the shower. Riverway owner was horrible on the phone to me!! "Your crew turned the main back on so legally I don't have to pay for this!" Terrible tone and attitude to me so my husband then took over. Riverway refused to pay for the service master cleanup/fans and has now ghosted us! All over $3,000 worth of repairs.
