I told them they should offer my son free frames and lenses; but, they just laughed at me. I asked to speak to Dr. Homer and he listened for about 10 seconds then threw his hands up and said, "I can't do this, I have patients waiting." The office manager made it sound like it was all my fault by saying they had to eat the costs of having to send them back each time. On a good note, the other assistants tried to help as much as they could. It's no wonder Dr. Sharma left; he wouldn't put up with these shenanigans.
