It was easy to get a hold of her by phone (a bit faster than email) for our consultation or other questions. Our philosophy is to hire professionals and let them do what they know best. I had an idea of what color flowers I wanted, and then Kristen asked for my opinion on specific types of flowers. The end product was amazing! LOVED what she did with my bouquet and my bridesmaids' bouquets, they were gorgeous and had cool textures. Our wedding arch/chuppah was also beautifully done. What I really appreciated about Kristen is that she respected our budget (and didn't pressure us to add more on) and was straightforward with how to best spend our money.

The location was easily found on Google Maps. Although the store directory was not particularly helpful, I understand that this is a newly opened store. Upon entering, visitors are welcomed by a statue of Geoffrey seated on a bench, which provides a great opportunity for memorable photos with children. There are also small vending machines located to the side, though they were out of order during my visit. The store offers a wide variety of toys suitable for all ages. On the opposite side of the store, there is a mini Babies R Us section featuring an excellent selection of items, including car seats, strollers, and clothing. In the center, there is a cozy bookstore with several tables for children to read and play. Overall, my two-year-old daughter had a wonderful time here. There were numerous play stations set up for kids, including a playhouse and a few ride-on cars. She was able to roam around the store, and play with other kids without any issues from staff.

I asked about one item and even though I searched for it before asking, the nice salesperson located it for me. It was barely noticeable. So, later, I came across a cute, pink "My First Bear" for $9.99 and a blue one but it was $14.99. I went to the register and this not-so-nice guy was there. I told him the situation with notification that ALL of the pink ones were 9.99 & blues weren't. I asked if it was because of the color. He scanned it and said, "No, (as he began to remove the tag), it's $14.99. They put the wrong price on.' I responded, "So all of them are?" He said they were. I sarcastically told him he better remove the rest because they're all like that and other customers will have the same reaction. He looked at me as if I was the problem and I asked if I still wanted it. "NO. I don't." I then walked away. Toys R Us has lost a customer and I told others about this. I should report them to the FTC and I may still do so. When I come across incidents like this, if I can't buy for what's listed, I leave it there and never return. Toys R Us, you should have stayed where you were: GONE or hire people who know about real customer service and the FTC law.
