We will no longer be doing so. I would recommend an alternative if you can to avoid spending a Saturday afternoon in a disorganized mess. I would even be hesitant to attempt booking an appointment on other days given their inability to manage time slots and order of customers.

The first time he was more interested in looking at his phone and really spent brief moments on each task. The last time I went the owners were on vacation. He did not do my cuticles, hardly cleaned up the callouses, "rubbed" my right leg for less than a minute and never did the left leg. Then for some reason he had his wife paint my toenails. I have had both owners do my pedicure and they were excellent. I've also watched the daughter in law do other clients pedicures and it looks like she takes her time and is very thorough. I will never be a walk in again and if they would try to have their son do it I'd say "no thanks" and leave.
