My advice if you going to try this grooming. Do NOT schedule with Kaidynn. She not even sorry that she cut both of her lashes that's we been grown for 4 years. Also in her grooming note that her tail should never get cut. It is also short and cut. She didn't apologize, all she said well she moved. I love this grooming place, be picky with who you schedule your dogs with. And please hire high quality people, I am willing to pay for $140 for grooming, ensure the quality also match that $140. The owner Adriana is nice enough to refund me the $140 I paid.

Not only did they do an excellent job of getting rid of all his matted fur, he's a ragdoll so he tends to get matted, but after I picked him up he was so chill. I think his discomfort on the car ride there was the tenderness from his matted back side. My 87 yr old mom just couldn't keep up with his grooming anymore cuz he's just so big. And though he loves me, he just didn't like me touching back there. On the car ride home he was so chill and the moment he stepped out of his crate he was back to his confident and happy self. They are angels and made it such a great experience for mom's cat, mom and me. Mom cried tears of joy and relief last night when she saw how well Mr Gingi was feeling. I highly recommend this place. So that was an easy pick. The day came & when we got there of course our 5 month old puppy got excited & peed on the floor & then peed again once she got petted. Even though we were embarrassed, to them it was no big deal. We got asked if we wanted a clean up, short, or fluffy. Being that this was our first time, we had no idea & just went with short as it's still hot here. We got a text a few hours later that she was ready. She looked like a completely different dog, short like we wanted but still cute. They did a great job & they got the areas that were very long. Every dog that gets groomed there also gets their photo taken in front of a backdrop that changes monthly. I thought that that was such a cute idea. We'll be coming back here for her next grooming

All the current active staff working at this specific location have demonstrated & proven how extremely capable & exhaustively knowledgeable as trainers, dog behavior specialists, groomers, etc. They have exceedingly created a trustworthy controlled environment setting that makes me reassuringly safe to entrust the safety & wellbeing of my 4-legged son. They have gone above & beyond for my puppy & I could not praise/thank them enough for their time, energy & effort to nurture my puppy's confidence & needs. Including assessing & addressing his trauma triggers being bullied as the "runt" of his litter, that occurred prior to his rescue. I am thoroughly enthralled with their most adorable & transparently informative daily report cards that are released after their daycare reservation. We are so happy and very proud of our dog's progress and have so much to thank Taylor for. Folks send their dogs to board and train programs for many reasons. For us, we wanted support honing previously learned skills, learning recall, and curbing a few unwanted behaviors such as excitedly lunging and jumping at people, fence fighting, and barking. We were nervous about so many things. What would we do without our boy for three weeks? Would his sweet and playful personality be the same when he returned? Could we stick to it and reinforce his learning at the end of it all? The three weeks away were tough. But we timed it with a family vacation which helped a lot. As for the dog we picked up at the end; Ozzie is the exact same amazingly sweet and playful dog. But he is so much more confident, calm, and responsive. He honestly seems like a much happier dog. Almost like he feels and shares the pride we have in him. And with the tools and confidence it has given us, we can now give him the fulfilling life he deserves. THANK YOU, TAYLOR! They look like a beginner groomer did - not completely tidy. Our previous groomer was excellent and had them cut and shave neat. So I'm disappointed with their trimming skills here. I have always come here with my difficult-to-groom girl, for four years now…read more I have been welcomed, put at ease about the challenge, and had help as I held her, and the groomer trimmed her pants and nails. Then, I'd do the self-washing. My dog was traumatized by a groomer when she was young and has never recovered. She requires kindness and calm to get through it. So do I, for that matter. It's stressful because she dislikes it so much. Today, everything was different than every other visit. I was not welcomed. The first girl I talked to seemed disinterested and blandly told me she'd be right back. She sent the main groomer out who seemed completely thrown by what I was asking. I have done this very thing numerous times with a previous employee she tells me has "moved on". I can see why! The main groomer said she had to get a dog off the table and would be right back. As I waited, I realized I was about to spend money with someone who couldn't care less about me or my dog. I came home and did the trimming myself, and won't be returning. There are other self dog wash places. Life is expensive and becoming more so. I choose carefully who gets my money. I did the math, and Totally Mutts just basically told me to take my $600 a year somewhere else. You got it!

Comb&Collar I would…read morelike to give Comb&Collar my highest rating and enormous praise for the work that they did on Dudley, a seven-year-old 130 pound Great Pyrenees who had never been groomed before. Dudley is a sweet dog, but he is a farm dog, and his coat and habits are those of a healthy and normal farm dog. In other words, he needed a lot of cleaning up, and grooming was a very new experience for him! However, Maria was able to accomplish an enormous transformation, and in a very reasonable amount of time. Best of all, Dudley finished the experience with an attitude that will predispose him to happy grooming in the future...and he is so fluffy and well-groomed! Everyone at Comb & Collar was extremely nice and professional. Their communications were prompt and timely, and their price was very reasonable for all the work that they did. They are truly an exceptional service, and they fully deserve this five star rating!
