The vase was filled with cold water so I'm not really sure what happened to the roses. The roses lasted only a few days before I tossed them out. I placed an online order at 12:39 PM (which was confirmed), only to discover it had been cancelled via email at 1:35 PM. I didn't even see the email until later, as I was checking my inbox for something unrelated. By then, the money had already been refunded to my card--no call, no text, no communication whatsoever. When I called at 2:26 PM to ask why the order was cancelled, I was told, very matter-of-factly, "We don't have balloons." I asked the lady who answered the call to simply remove the balloons from the order and proceed with the rest, but was told, "We close at 2:30 PM." Just like that, she brushed it off. What made this even more frustrating is that I'm out of state, and this $169.00 flower order (which included added items and a tip) was meant to honor a father figure--someone who has mentored many young adults and lost a daughter years ago. This delivery was meant to show care and remembrance. I would have waited all day, completely unaware the flowers would've never been delivered if I hadn't randomly checked my email. A simple phone call could have resolved this, but that courtesy was never extended. The lack of communication and empathy was incredibly disappointing. I will NEVER use this flower shop again.
