Especially when you are trying to take a last-minute gift to a dinner/friend, etc. I can call them in the morning; it will be ready in less than an hour. Their service is great! April Showers makes the prettiest bouquets! My husband calls them, explains the occasion and what flowers he'd like in the bouquet, and it always turns out beautifully! If you pick up the bouquet, they even offer to help you load it in the car. I have been in their shop to pick up a flower arrangement to take to my mother in law, and there is a store inside that has all sorts of nifty gifts at a various price points. I went into April Showers yesterday with my daughter right around 5pm. We were just wanting to see if they made boutonnieres for prom. When we first walked in we were not addressed or asked if we had any questions. We did walk around for a moment since the three people in the back were working on bouquets. Once we were done looking around we went back to the desk and were still never addressed. Best customer service ever. My wife and I were not at home when they tried to deliver on a Saturday. I wanted to give a flower arrangement to a friend who had been very helpful to me and I found April Showers online. I drove up to Jacksonville and while Sneads Ferry is really out of their delivery area they could not have been more accommodating. I had to spend a certain amount for them to deliver to Sneads Ferry but the arrangement was more than worth it. The lady who helped me emailed me a photo of the arrangement before they delivered it which I thought was very classy (and it was gorgeous).
