When I arrived to pick them up they were not in any way shape or form the way I ordered them. The lady there told me that she couldn't understand how they were supposed to be. Once again, didn't think it was that hard . If they had questions, why wasn't I called ahead of time? The 36 balloons were $68.00 which I thought was very overpriced (especially when I had to put them together myself). I would have given less stars if the lady didn't help me take them to my car and apologize a few times for not getting it right.
