It's quite large, very clean, and staffed by lovely people. I was very lucky last Friday to get an appointment the same day and very lucky Jacob was available, he came highly recommended. Very personable and extremely talented, he knew just what I wanted for my new style. The shampoo station is in its own room, darkened and cool, with soft meditation music playing. Jacob has extremely talented hands, and I received the best shampoo and scalp massage of my life. Jacob was efficient in my cut and did a marvelous job. It was exactly what I wanted, but better. (I waited a week before writing this review because I wanted to live with the hairstyle first.) Simple and easy to care for, just as I asked. The salon had customers from high school age up to very geriatric and all in between, so they have someone/something for everyone. Highly recommend!

Sarah inspected my hair and the color, she inquired about what products I use as well as any sensitivities or allergies. We discussed the style I wanted. She was very honest and open in saying we weren't going to get there in one cut due to previous cut at another salon. I knew going in it was going to be a process to get the hairstyle that I wanted given the condition of my hair. I was pleasantly surprised at the foot stools to make your dryer time and hair wash more comfortable. From my initial call to the salon through the entire process, everything was pleasant, relaxing, explained thoroughly, and ended well! Each individual has unique hair that responds and behaves in a unique manner . It takes time for a stylist to learn your growth rate of hair and the quirks of your hair. It is literally a process, that requires patience and the building of the relationship. If you're going in for a color, the initial cost, depending on the condition of your hair, may be more because more work and product may be needed. Regular maintenance reduces that issue for most. So, additional costs for extra product was not a problem. I now have the baseline to get my hair where I want it to be. I had a wonderful experience, a very peaceful and relaxing experience. But Today, I brought my nieces who are visiting to get their hair done. As I was getting ready to check out, my son, a one and a half year old, started screaming. The owner of the salon stated, "can they take him outside? He's stressing me out." I'm appalled at what I heard her say and can easily file an ADA claim. Never have I been treated like this. Im sorry to Hannah and Alex because I really like them but I will never come back here again.
