I've lived in Statesville since 2010 but I still drove to Shelby to have my hair done because I'd gone there for 15 yrs. I finally decided to look for a place in Statesville. I googled hair salons and several came up. I saw Edwin's and noticed the Yelp reviews were quite good. I took the plunge and made an appointment. I'm so glad I did. I wanted to change my color and cut. I would call Edwin a colorist and an excellent one at that. My color is great and I love the cut. It's exactly what I described and wanted. I'm so thrilled to have found Edwin. No longer will I have to make a 120 mile round-trip to get my hair done. Edwin is right here in Statesville. OMG. This guy is an artist.... He took my vision, and made it a reality beyond what I could imagine. I came in with self inflicted orange fried hair, and he has made me love my hair and feel pretty again. He is a perfectionist.. Love Love Love the color and the products that he used on my hair.
