The office manager came in and said they were towing a truck and asked if anybody owned a (black?) pickup truck. None of the patients had a black pickup truck and so none of us answered/we didn't respond when she said "we're going to tow a black pickup... before we do, we want to make sure it isn't a patients". Instead of towing just the black pickup truck, the office manager had them tow many cars, including paying customers that were currently receiving treatments. Afterwards, they came up with excuses and didn't offer any of us rides to the tow company which is NOT exactly a convenient walk away. If I had leg surgery and not shoulder surgery what would have happened then?! Note: You need a parking pass to park in their lot and I had my parking pass from the week before as this was the Monday after thanksgiving. Their lot was entirely full, and as a result, I waited for parking for over 30 minutes and was late to my appointment. I called their office manager after the 10th or so minute to notify her that I was waiting/told her the parking situation. She told me to just hurry and find parking as soon as I could in the lot and rush up. I asked if I should grab a new parking pass or if I could just leave my other/older one bc it was very recent and it had their companies name on it and I was in such a rush. She said it would be fine. I mean why wouldn't it be? They decide which cars get towed and which ones don't. Anyway, the tow truck driver towed me regardless of my pass from the previous week and told me that my pass wasn't up to date and was two days expired (thanksgiving weekend). I told him I was in the chiropractors office and he said he wouldn't refund me because they were the ones who called and told them to tow the cars. Dr Prete has not answered my many requests to be reimbursed for their error and I'm highly disappointed with a practice that I was fairly pleased with, up until the moment that they appeared in my eyes to be prioritizing money over ethics. Surely they were making more than $250 from my 40+ visits up in 4 months. I find it amazing that any company would make a paying customer/client suffer the consequences and cover the expenses of a mistake made by said company.

During my first session, Dipty made me feel at ease and was able to quickly pinpoint my issue and offer her prescribed therapy for my healing. She was hands on, corrected my form during exercises, gave tips on posture and other "I sit at a desk all day" habits to correct to further ease my pain. Today my slightly torn rotator cuff is healed and overall I feel like a different human being. Professional, hands on, great listener, personable, thorough, those are my descriptors for Dipty Mali. This location did not have a ramp making it painful for her to get up the stairs. On the paper my sister was given about this place it was said they do PT and OT but come to find out they just do PT. Should update the information on there website. Plus the front desk woman kept taking off her mask while she was at the front desk which there are signs everywhere that say to keep your masks on at all time in the facility! Covid is still a thing right now so she's compromising everybody in the facility that way.

She takes your whole person into account, not just your injury/why you're there. Hana worked with me weekly as my hip injury started acting up again. I never felt ashamed or like I was "weak" because I was back in physical therapy. It was always like we were on the same team to figure out what was wrong and to get me feeling better. Every win, however small, was a win for both of us. My healing took a lot of different treatment modalities, and I'm grateful to have had a PT who encouraged that and connected with my other doctors. Marks level of insight and expertise were excellent, and the overall experience was a new one for me as pertains to physical therapy. I have been through many facilities for different recoveries and they all felt like I was getting a mediocre training session at a gym for hurt people. The sessions with MVMZT by comparison were done in a private room in a 1:1 setting so I was the full focus of the therapists attention, not one of 3 a therapist was running between at most places. My overall pain in the area has been reduced by therapeutic treatment for scar tissue and mobility in the area in the office sessions and my strength in the affected knee has been significantly improved after the strengthening program I was given at MVMT, both in office and at home prescribed workouts. I could not give MVMT and Mark Lusk a stronger recommendation, he is absolutely world class.

There are a number of reasons for my decision and I hope if you have the same questions or concerns, this will help. 1. I was not sure about surgery, unlike other doctors I visited, Dr.Elgazzar read my report and was able to tell me that surgery was not needed as long as I'm not active but was necessary for me to get back into sports and living healthy 2. He ran a full assessment and didn't show any signs of just forcing me into surgery but rather sat with me and explained everything to me. His analysis were new, no other doctor examined my knee the same way and this built confidence instantly. 3. He is super friendly and was very professional with the way he answers question. I HAD A LOT OF QUESTIONS. Other doctors told me that they know what they are saying and I need to do surgery without really answering my concerns (they were always in a hurry). 4. MOST IMPORTANTLY, he is a meniscus expert, meaning unlike others he will actually try his best to save your meniscus rather than cut it out like other have suggested. This is really important to consider as you don't want to have other issues as you get older. I am grateful for his help with this process and would recommend him to anyone in need of his expertise.

City PT on Baxter St. somehow it got me through it. I have Daniel to thank for bringing me back to mobility after my knee operations (and I continue to make progress.) After avoiding knee surgery for as long as I could, I was very very trepidatious about doing it. Daniel talked me into having a little faith in the process and he really put me back on my feet. Yulim helped me expertly through my shoulder issues after surgery and that was also a great experience. Shaina was wonderful as well, helping me in the long prep for my shoulder repair.
