He was on time, easy to communicate with, and very reasonably priced. He also provided a clear assessment with helpful photos soon after the visit. A few months later, after an HVAC replacement, our solar suddenly stopped working. Justin responded quickly - even on a Sunday - and scheduled a follow-up visit within a few days. The issue turned out to be a simple fix, and he didn't charge for the trip out, which we really appreciated. He was also very patient in helping talk through my concerns before the visit and explaining everything in a clear, helpful way, which made learning a new system much less stressful. We don't expect off-hours responses or no charge follow-ups for an issue they didn't cause (even for an easy fix), but it reflects the level of care we personally experienced with this wonderful company. There was no blame, no complaining, just Marc, showing up, taking accountability, and promising to make it right. Which he did. Ray's Window Cleaning did a good job with the actual cleaning -- the panels look great and are definitely reflecting the sun again. The service tech, very friendly, also kept me updated when he was running late, which I appreciated. That said, the overall experience was a little mixed. When he arrived, I was surprised to find him in my backyard rather than coming to the front door first. I was also told cleaning my 25-27 solar panels would take about 45 minutes, but the job ended up taking closer to 2-2.5 hours. Def messed up my Saturday evening plans. There was also a safety issue while he was on the roof. His ladder was slipping on my shingle roof, and he had to call a coworker to help him get down safely. I do appreciate that he took safety seriously, but it was still a bit concerning as a customer. For the inconvenience, he said he would charge me $200, which was only $1 less than the price I had been offered the day before by the door-to-door representative. Overall, the panels look really great and the cleaning itself was good, but the communication, timing, safety concern, and pricing left me feeling like this was a 3-star experience.
