Just had my windows cleaned by Travis. One word describes his work, Superb. What attracted me to ABOWC was the yelp rating on top of that his "on-line estimate calculator" on the site. Who really knows what a fair price for window cleaning is? The calculator give you a pretty accurate idea. The price was actually less. Travis also did those little extras that made my house exterior look great. Travis was on time, personable, listened to my needs and with some rain expected told me to call him to come and do a touch up. Travis came to clean my windows AND screens AND shutters. He did a more than marvelous job! The windows and screens were so clean I did not even think the screens had been replaced. The price was very reasonable considering all the work he did to ensure every window (even my mirror) sparkled. Hard-water spots and dirt on the windows, gone. Greasy (shamefully) and newspaper fingerprints on the shutters, gone. And he was pleasant to have here. I was scheduled for window cleaning at 3pm, and mid morning that same day, Travis let me know that their first job ran over so they would be a little late. What a fantastic courtesy and so much appreciated so that I was not sitting around waiting and wondering. Travis is meticulous about his work and even fixed a tear in one of my screens. I called another five star review mentioned on Yelp and was stunned at the price! Moving on, A Better Outlook was next and I liked the name! Bob answered the phone and was professional and personable. He scheduled the appointment himself. He showed up exactly when he said he would and did a fantastic job cleaning our windows and screens. He even took his shoes off when inside our home. Check out his website, it's great, too! We have paid less for our windows to be washed, but the quality of service was not there. If I could give Bob 10 stars I would. I emailed Bob for a quote. He called me back immediately with a quote and immediately we had an appointment set up. I've never met Bob other than I got his info from when he was cleaning my neighbors window about a year ago. His price was more than reasonable. Bob cleaned all my gutters. He spent more time cleaning out the gutters than he originally told me it would approximately take (because the gutters were so dirty) and did not change his initial price estimate at all. No bs from this guy. Shows up 100% on time. Zero complaining. Hell it was even raining the day he cleaned out all the gutters and he still had no problem doing this job for me. What the hell more could you ask for?! I've never really considered cleaning my windows, but now that I've dealt with Bob, I will most certainly get my windows cleaned by him (after winter season of course) Thanks again Bob. I've been meaning to write this review, but finally found the time now. Bob (owner/window washer) is a very personable, charismatic guy who does a great job! One morning I woke up and noticed a bird left numerous droppings on my upstairs bedroom window. I called several local window cleaning companies who wanted to charge quite a bit of money to clean the window. Bob offered to not only take care of it, but was available same day AND charged a nominal fee. Great customer service.
