I'm really disappointed with the service from this company. They are the contracted linen vendor for my venue, so I had no choice but to use them. I have attached a picture showing their color swatch and an unfiltered photo of that I received. I chose "pink," and either she brought the wrong linen, because it looks like "shrimp", or their color swatch is way off. The day of my wedding, she draped my sweetheart table incorrectly. Instead of draping in front, she did the exact opposite, and put the drapes in the back which covered the beautiful backdrop of the barn, and left the sweetheart table looking exposed and bare. I called her to ask her to fix it, and she told me the coordinator had made her change it because it was covering the chandelier, and there was no way to drape it how I wanted. I was so confused because my inspiration photo was literally of my exact same rental from Madam Palooza. I asked again if she could try to adjust it so the chandelier wasn't covered, and she coldly responded that she was in Corona at another event already and there was nothing she could do. What terrible service on someone's special wedding day! My coordinator ended up moving the drapings herself, and voila, exactly what I wanted. Before I begin, let me just say that exactly one month later, people are still talking about how much they loved our wedding decor. Oh Destinee, what a charming and talented young woman! My wife and I met with her at her business location March this year, and we were immediately welcomed with giggles and smiles. She sat us down and patiently listened to what we wanted. When we gave her our (somewhat hard-to work-with) budget, she was very mindful of that and maintained her eagerness to make our vision come true. We contacted dozens of event planners before being referred to Destinee by our venue coordinator. I'll tell you exactly what makes Destinee different. Unlike most other event planners, she has an essence inside of her that has given her a gift. Imagine this: -650 guests. -A vastly different culture/traditions than what she is used to. -A tight budget...and I mean very tight. (My wife and I are full time grad students). -A stubborn hotel venue that only gave her less than 5 hours to setup two large halls. -And last minute floor plan changes. I don't need to say anymore--I hope the photos I post here will show just how brilliant and hardworking she is. What the photos won't show is the sweet aroma of her specially-selected fresh flowers filling the entire venue and hallways outside. With a little time to spare on the day of the wedding, I (the groom) watched her and her family work tirelessly together to setup the humongous venue. Side note: I custom-made the cake stand for our 6-tiered cake, and well, my design was flawed. I only found this out when it was too late. It was wobbly and unstable, but Destinee's Dad came to the rescue. He grabbed his tools and sketched out a few ways to make my cake stand work. He basically re-built it for me ON THE SPOT. Nicer new location. Friendly & somewhat helpful staff. *We rented 150 chairs & several tables. Unfortunately, we had a table completely collapse, breaking centerpieces & ruining the decorations. Also, we received at least 5 unusable chairs. One chair even collapsed as someone went to sit down. That person ended up injured. Although this place may have a lot of Nice things to rent, it is very difficult to see any of them as they are not open on the weekend, close early and you need an appointment. Although when I requested an appointment, I was basically told I didn't need to come in, and referred repeatedly to the website. When I was planning my wedding, I was referred to this company and read some really good reviews on how "helpful" Destinee was. Not my experience at all! I wanted a rustic Wedding and asked for suggestions. I kept being referred to the website. I scrolled the Website but had great difficulty finding what I needed. If you ask for pricing literally everything you receive will start with "there are no refunds". Yes, lots of businesses do that but they at least put it at the end of the contract. I wanted to rent a wine barrel for my sand ceremony (which was to be held at a different location than the reception) I was quoted 55.00. Ok, fine. But it was 85.00 to deliver, 85.00 to pick up and an additional charge for SAME DAY pick up which wasn't even required. Whenever I would send an email, The answer would come back "pasted" into my original email. Overall, if you know EXACTLY what you want and can figure out how to navigate the price list (which is where the pictures are if you can figure out the WHERE on the price list your desired items are) and want zero help from the staff, this is your place. But if you are like Most people planing a wedding and need some assistance, you are not going to find that here. I don't usually do reviews, but I was horribly disappointed by the way we were treated by this company! read more

I contacted a ton of companies for linens and I could not find the service and selection that Destinee offers. She has very beautiful high quality items. My wedding color (sage green) was hard to come by but she offered it and it turned out beautiful. With that being said, I have a couple small complaints that could be improved. I called Destinee to make a couple small changes to my order a few days before my wedding and she said that the items were already on the truck and the order could not be changed. It would be nice if the order could be confirmed before being put on the truck if there can't be any changes. Also, the delivery time was way off.
