Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish…read more I arrived 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment, only to walk into an office that looked like it was halfway through a demolition project. The waiting area was stripped out, dirty, disorganized, and had almost no seating for customers. It immediately gave the impression of a business that either doesn't care about appearances or is barely functioning. Despite having an actual appointment time, nobody even looked at my vehicle until roughly 45 minutes AFTER the scheduled appointment. Not updated. Not apologized to. Just left sitting there wasting my time. The worst part? After finally getting around to it, I was told they wouldn't even be able to perform the work at all. So to summarize: * Scheduled an appointment * Arrived early * Waited nearly an hour past appointment time * Received zero meaningful communication * Was ultimately told they couldn't do the job anyway Completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. If your shop is unable to perform certain work, that should be figured out BEFORE customers burn an hour or more of their day sitting in a dirty lobby waiting to be ignored. An appointment clearly means nothing here. I normally try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but this experience felt disorganized, disrespectful of customers' time, and poorly managed from top to bottom.

Got a message that it was ready for pickup and the price was $294 because he "got the parts for cheaper" I thought this was great because I had a $25 coupon for brake work. Turns out on the invoice he just applied the $25 discount. I saw no proof he actually got the parts for cheaper even though he claims they were $10 less for each set of brakes. Did the math with invoice's cost of parts, labor and tax with no coupon ended up being the original price I was quoted. Be wary of what they tell you.

A Lagrange Tow impounded my car and when they attempted to contact me, they didn't leave a message to let me know my car had been impounded. I had driven out to Lagrange to pick up the car because I assumed it was where I left it when it had broke down (off the side of the road).I didn't find my car, but I had found a piece of the front bumper. I then had to make a few calls to figure out where my car was. When I found out where it was, I was going to be charged $700+. I went with my mom a few days later. The impound/exhaust shop/detail center/collision repair lot looked sketchy immediately, with no place to park. My car was nowhere to be found and they would not let me see it/send pictures/let insurance see it. When I got in to a verbal altercation with an employee, he began charging at my mother and I. The entire company came out to back him up and the owner claimed he would press charges against ME for assault when I never touched anyone(neither did the employee because he was held back). The owner then blocked my number and told me to not contact him. Thankfully, we did not go back. Avoid this organization at all costs. They are 78 Youngs Mill Rd and 66 Youngs Mill Rd. They operate as an impound lot and much more. Also note that every review is 1 or 5 stars. Update : A month later I finally got my car back with some front bumper damage
