Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish…read more I arrived 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment, only to walk into an office that looked like it was halfway through a demolition project. The waiting area was stripped out, dirty, disorganized, and had almost no seating for customers. It immediately gave the impression of a business that either doesn't care about appearances or is barely functioning. Despite having an actual appointment time, nobody even looked at my vehicle until roughly 45 minutes AFTER the scheduled appointment. Not updated. Not apologized to. Just left sitting there wasting my time. The worst part? After finally getting around to it, I was told they wouldn't even be able to perform the work at all. So to summarize: * Scheduled an appointment * Arrived early * Waited nearly an hour past appointment time * Received zero meaningful communication * Was ultimately told they couldn't do the job anyway Completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. If your shop is unable to perform certain work, that should be figured out BEFORE customers burn an hour or more of their day sitting in a dirty lobby waiting to be ignored. An appointment clearly means nothing here. I normally try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but this experience felt disorganized, disrespectful of customers' time, and poorly managed from top to bottom.

I price compare when purchasing ANYTHING! I've always worked hard for my money as it unfortunately does not grow on trees. When I first moved here I called around to compare prices and found that Darda Tire had the best price. The 2nd time I needed tires, I again called around checking prices. I figured it may have just been a coincidence that Darda Tire had the best pricing the first time. That was not the case. Once again, they had the best pricing in town. From that moment on, I knew that in the future I never had to call around for tire pricing because they had just made my wife and I lifetime customers. Just as another reviewer stated, they are honest and have integrity! You do not have to worry about them trying to sell you something that you do not need. They have suggested things to me in the past and shown me exactly what they were talking about. I was able to see the issue with my own eyes prompting me to have Darda Tire fix the issue. But not once have they suggested anything that was not needed. Darda Tire is always honest and transparent with no BS. I really appreciate feeling that a company has my back and is not going to have me on the road driving a car that is unsafe. Especially when I am driving with my kids in the car or if my eldest child is driving my car. I recently had an issue with my tire and called Darda Tire to purchase a new one. Tod went above and beyond (on his own personal time) to help me since I couldn't get my car to the shop as my car was inoperable due to the tire not holding air. Got a message that it was ready for pickup and the price was $294 because he "got the parts for cheaper" I thought this was great because I had a $25 coupon for brake work. Turns out on the invoice he just applied the $25 discount. I saw no proof he actually got the parts for cheaper even though he claims they were $10 less for each set of brakes. Did the math with invoice's cost of parts, labor and tax with no coupon ended up being the original price I was quoted. Be wary of what they tell you.

When in fact it's not it came from the factory as a 5 speed manual. He also told me I had no more bushings left, well which bushing? Motor mount? CV Axel?. He also damaged my steering wheel he gripped it hard has hell and left a dent on my steering wheel. They tried to charge me almost $900 just for a rotor replacement. I went and got the whole front brake system re done for about $500 with a master mechanic. And what made it worse the Hawaiian punch guy behind the counter still tried to get a sale after I told them no, just give me my truck I'll be on my way.

More repairs that I had to take care of. I went to the parts house to get a new drain plug and they told me "you must have been at Walmart and got an oil change, we see it all the time" Walmart refused to pay for the repairs.
