Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. I arrived 10 minutes early for my scheduled appointment, only to walk into an office that looked like it was halfway through a demolition project. The waiting area was stripped out, dirty, disorganized, and had almost no seating for customers. It immediately gave the impression of a business that either doesn't care about appearances or is barely functioning. Despite having an actual appointment time, nobody even looked at my vehicle until roughly 45 minutes AFTER the scheduled appointment. Not updated. Not apologized to. Just left sitting there wasting my time. The worst part? After finally getting around to it, I was told they wouldn't even be able to perform the work at all. So to summarize: * Scheduled an appointment * Arrived early * Waited nearly an hour past appointment time * Received zero meaningful communication * Was ultimately told they couldn't do the job anyway Completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. If your shop is unable to perform certain work, that should be figured out BEFORE customers burn an hour or more of their day sitting in a dirty lobby waiting to be ignored. An appointment clearly means nothing here. I normally try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but this experience felt disorganized, disrespectful of customers' time, and poorly managed from top to bottom. read more

They don't do thorough inspections. We had a trip to take all the way to New York to visit my fiancés family and wanted peace of mind because we were having a vibration, so we got an oil change plus a complete vehicle inspection. We informed them of the vibration we were having when we dropped our truck off with them. When they called to have us pick it up they claimed it was a "transmission shudder", and they don't do transmission work and there is nothing they can do. We decided to do the trip anyway. We made it to New York, but as we were getting ready to head back home our steering wheel was way off center. We pulled the wheel off and the upper control arm had completely detached from the steering knuckle. Thankfully his dad was able to get us squared away and on the road to head back to Georgia. The "shudder" had absolutely nothing to do with the transmission. They obviously did not do a true complete vehicle inspection because if they had this most definitely would have been caught. Our wheel could have buckled in on our trip up causing a wreck or causing us to go off the road down some of the mountains you have to travel over on the way to New York. After his dad fixed it up for us to make it back home for a more permanent repair, no more vibration or shudder. This was a safety issue. Their negligence could have cost lives. read more

This company put three brand new tires on a vehicle I rented. One of the tires was bad. The tire blew out on my driver which caused the van to run off the road and damage the rim give the manager told the rental company it was our driver's negligence that ruined the rim which caused us to pay for The damage instead of taking the responsibility that the tire was faulty. I recommend to anyone who is reading this message. Please do not use this company for any servicing. As you see, there are other complaints against the service as well read more

I live in LaGrange and is now driving to Auburn for service. The LaGrange location lacks customer service skills. I have a nail in my tire, because of it's location I know I will need a new tire. If the tire is not flat in the morning, I plan to patronize another local tire shop that I'm sure will appreciate my business. read more

This place used to be my "go to" oil change place but thanks to new management they tried to charge me almost $70 for an oil change and a tire rotation when it used to be $30. I made an appointment and it still took them 2 hours and they had NO sense of urgency whatsoever. DO NOT go here! read more

Firestone saved our day today. We were on our way home from a family weekend and got a flat tire on the LaGrange exit. The tire was unfixable, and Walmart did not have the tire we needed, so we headed to Firestone. They were about to leave for lunch, but my husband told him we were on a road trip with two small children and needed to get home tonight, and they decided to stay through their lunch and put our tires on (got a good deal on four new instead of just the one). It was a 30 minute change, and we were back on the road. Seeing as it's Sunday, everything is closed, and they knew they were our only hope, they could have taken major advantage of us, but they were fair and fast. Showed up at 7:30am to drop car off for service. I was refused service unless I had appointment, even if leaving the car with them for the day. MGR said he only has 2guys working. Must be an awful place to work if you can keep good help employed. read more

I was there at 7 am, waited until they opened at 8. was told It may be 5 pm before they could rotate and balance my tires, which by the way were purchased at this store. Not the first time I have had problems with this store. Last time I had a tire with a leak. I was told to bring it back the next day. Next morning I was put off again. When my car was ready nearly 3 hours later, the service writer ( he is no manager that's for sure) repaired someone else's tire before he would bill me . so again I had to wait. This would be a great place for some one to open a tire store. Mean while I'm looking for someone to do my work and sell me tires. I need 2 sets right now. read more
