Very professional and friendly service. I was driving to La Grange from out of state to purchase a vehicle and needed a pre-purchase inspection. I called Kerri late yesterday afternoon, and she was able to get me in first thing this morning. Tim, performed an extremely thorough inspection and took the time to explain his findings. Absolutely fantastic service and people! We were traveling through GA and blew out two tires on our trailer. Luckily we were only 25 min from this store. We swung by, picked up the two tires and we were back in the road all within three hours! We felt so blessed to stumble on this place when we initially mapped our GPS to the Walmart across the street first. Walmart didn't have anything we needed and so we went over to Fryer's. I was able to make my appointment online. At drop off, the staff was awesome! I told them what I needed done/looked at and they had the car looked over and had an estimate very quickly. We were in a world of hurt on 4/26/2021 when our 16 foot, single-axle camper-trailer blew a tire on the main drag of LaGrange, Georgia at 6 PM. Seven hours later, having been stood-up twice by the insurance-dispatched roadside-assistance from two carriers from whom we theoretically had coverage, we checked in to a local hotel. (The dispatched tire-change guys actually had arrived, assessed the situation, and either didn't have the proper jack, or refused to help per the camper manufacturer's specific instructions NOT to jack on the axle....! Ultimately we had to slow-roll the camper 50 yards on the tire rim to get it off the street and into a convenience store lot - which had closed - on whose door we left an explanatory note and that we'd be back in the morning). Called Fryers at 7:30 AM, half an hour before the 8:00 open listed on the web-site. The on-site manager, "Tommy," whose has been with them 25 years, dispatched "Donny" to us in his pick-up to jack the camper and get the spare on so we could limp in to the shop. (They don't have a tow-truck, but small matter!) 45 minutes later we had 2 new appropriate tires for just over $200 total, and away we rolled. DO NOT USE had an appointment at 830 am arrived and there was no parking spaces available called in to cancel and lady says just park it in the drive through lane and they would be right out to park it for me so my car sat in the drive through lane for 40 minutes and it was almost hit 5 times finally just asked for my keys back and left no real apology and felt disrespected JUST be honest we can't fit you in and work with the customer. Traveling through Georgia and picked up a piece of metal in one of our camper tires. Found this service center on Google. Pulled in shortly after they opened and explained the situation. They fixed it, remounted it and put it back on the camper, then checked the air pressure in the remaining tires. They even moved vehicles around to make it easier for us to pull out. We were in and out in 30 minutes and continued on our trip. Everyone was amazing, personable and professional. Highly recommend to all our fellow RVers who experience tire mishaps! read more

Customer service was over the top. I called about an issue with my tire they immediately got me in. They diagnosed my issue in 15 minutes and discussed how to fix it. They were honest and respectful. I returned the next day to replace my tire and was in and out less than 20 minutes. Everyone on staff had a pleasant attitude. You could feel the vibes in the building that this was a happy work environment. What a great experience!!!! I highly suggest this business establishment. I've been going to Fryer's Tire for about 5 years, ever since we first moved to LaGrange. Right after getting up here I needed tires balanced and a bent alloy wheel replaced. They did a great job with both and are one of the few places I've ever dealt with that seems to know how to properly balance tires the first time without having to have them do it over (and over and over). Over the years I've used them for tires, repairs, and routine maintenance (oil changes, etc.) and have found them easy to deal with and honest, they provide good service at a good price. I've also felt comfortable with them and find them trustworthy, no attempts to bait and switch or up-sell repairs. Honest advice and good service keep me coming back to them. Ive been using them for 20 yrs. Tracy and Charlie are as good as it gets when it comes to getting what you need and making you feel welcome! I had and appointment to get new tires on my gmc duramax and when i got there they told me they were out of that size of BF Goodrich but they had a size bigger for they same price for my inconvenience. They were at least 400.00 dollars more per set! So i just bought my new tires from them for 3300.00 and that was cheaper than you could get them online without having to wait a week for shipping. Ordered a set of tires Saturday morning. Was told they'd be in Monday morning around 8:30 or 9. Asked if I could be there at 9:30 for install and was told that would be fine. Was told it would take about 2 hours total for install and alignment. Got there at 9:25. They pulled my vehicle into the garage at 10am. By 11am my 8 year old son was getting bored and antsy. We walked around the lobby area looking at the display tires and the guy (owner??) tells me they're gonna get me started soon...the tire truck was running late. I said, "So the tires aren't even here yet?!" I wish someone had had the courtesy to tell me that an hour an a half earlier! He then tells me they already aligned it and assures me as soon as the truck gets there I'm first in line and offers to let me borrow a vehicle to run errands or grab something to eat. There is a Burger King across the street and my son was hungry/bored so I took him up on the offer and was given the privilege of borrowing a 20 year old low rider Silverado with dual exhaust and blue velvet seats. All that was missing was the musical horn. My son and I had a good laugh, at least. Thank God we don't know anybody in LaGrange, though. After returning from lunch we are told the tire truck has arrived! Yay! This is about 11:30ish. At 12:30 one of the guys from the front desk walks by me in the lobby and kind of sheepishly smiles at me and asks if Tracy told me. I asked, "Tell me what?" He says they ordered 4 tires, of course, but two of the tires on the truck for me were the wrong size (rim). What?! So he tells me they're going to put the 2 new tires on and put the better 2 of the old tires back on and the other 2 new ones would be in later in the day. I told him this was unacceptable and that someone should have told me sooner...I told him I would just go somewhere else. He asked why would I do that? I said because I want my tires on...all of them. He said, "Well, you'll just come back!" I shouldn't have to, I say. I live half an hour away and have already wasted 3 hours of my day sitting there for nothing. Not to mention I had promised to take my son to Bass Pro Shops to see Santa after we got the tires! And they knew that...but want me to swing on by later in the day and wait some more to get the other two tires put on! I said forget it...just put my old tires back on. So we wait another half hour for that and they send some lady out with my keys and she just kind of thrusts them at me and walks away. Guess the owner(s) were too embarrassed to come out and say something or at least apologize for the inconvenience. At least they didn't try charging me for the alignment because I was prepared to go to jail over that had they billed me. Getting my tires put on this morning at a better place. This was my first and LAST experience with Fryer's Tire Center. First impressions mean a lot and this place was an epic fail. While I know the truck being late was out of their control the way they handled the situation was unacceptable. If this is how they run their business I want nothing to do with it. Oh and they charge at least $10 more to fill your tires with nitrogen. Were going to charge me $40 and I'm paying $30 today at the other place. I was going to drop $1000 there yesterday and they treated me like crap. You've been warned. read more
