We felt like idiots but can highly recommend the responses from 2 companies who both helped us ID the issue on-site. Communication and followup with the office and scheduler was excellent and they had availability next day to come inspect, unlike 2 others we called. The inspector arrived when expected (texting to keep us updated on arrival time) and was professional, well-informed, and thorough. Even came with shoe protectors to keep floors clean after poking around. He somehow managed to keep a straight face and remain cheerful and compassionate when it turned out to be a false alarm. Pointed out some roof / attic repairs that may be needed, unrelated to wildlife. We learned about PCA through Reddit, from others who actually had wildlife and gave them high marks for removal. However I only gave 3 stars because I have had two incidents where I had to call in and the calltaker or dispatcher is not a Pleasant person to speak with. She continues to cut you off and it's no such thing as the customer is always right. I have a quarterly package with them with free treatment in between if needed. I was last seen 60 days ago. I called for and in between appointment and she was very argumentative about it stating I am do for a treatment at the end of the month. I explained I still want that treatment at the end of the month but would like a treatment in between now and then. She continue to tell me that's not how her system work. She explained if I was saw the last day of feb than since we are in May that's a new charge. I said but it's 65 days not 90. I explained I still want the full treatment in 90 days but wanted a check in sooner. She explained it's an appointment tomorrow but if she send him I will be charged in full. I can tell when I said that 90 days is a quarter she was flustered with the fact that I would not just say okay. Every word after that was her cutting me off in a nice but sarcastic way. I had used them for two years, but decided to try another company and was ready to go back to Bug Busters after the first treatment, but I was under contract so couldn't. As soon as my contract was up with the other company I called Bug Busters. Bug Busters does not require a contract which is great. They treat quarterly, but if you need them to come back sooner they will, at no charge. Very pleased with technician that was sent out. I would highly recommend them. Price is very reasonable and the spiders etc. are gone.

Knowledgeable and professional, they instilled complete confidence from the first visit. While reassuring us as homeowners that things could have been a lot worse, they educated us about bats' protected status and why having bats around (just not in our attic) is a good thing to keep down the mosquito population. They also sensitized us to the health hazards posed to humans by bat guano and explained the hospital-grade disinfectant CWH uses once they replace any impacted insulation. Jesse and his colleagues came up with a detailed estimate for materials and labor and a timeline to "exclude" the bats humanely, as well as a quote for an alternative bat box to be installed on our property. We were very satisfied with every aspect of CWH's work from the initial call and consultation to subsequent visits and follow-up.
