They also sensitized us to the health hazards posed to humans by bat guano and explained the hospital-grade disinfectant CWH uses once they replace any impacted insulation. Jesse and his colleagues came up with a detailed estimate for materials and labor and a timeline to "exclude" the bats humanely, as well as a quote for an alternative bat box to be installed on our property. Communication and followup with the office and scheduler was excellent and they had availability next day to come inspect, unlike 2 others we called. The inspector arrived when expected (texting to keep us updated on arrival time) and was professional, well-informed, and thorough. Even came with shoe protectors to keep floors clean after poking around. He somehow managed to keep a straight face and remain cheerful and compassionate when it turned out to be a false alarm.
