Brian and his team re-screened two gable vents with the correct product. We rescheduled for the next business day and he never showed up. No call, no text/email, and I even called the office who contacted him, to no avail. After calling Terminix and GoForth, Orkin is the best value for the money (not to mention no 12-month contract) but I do not advise this company if you do not have a flexible work schedule. I told her I wasn't expecting her. She said that she didn't have the right number to call. I called Orkin and told them I don't ever want her to come to my house again! Under no conditions are you to ever treat a customer in such a manner! I am the customer! When I called Orkin to complain, the Manager was very dismissive with me. When I explained what had happened, he just said, "Umm hummm... I will let them know". He didn't apologize, or acknowledge that was wrong, or anything. And they never did get rid of the ants.
