Very easy booking process, sadly that's were the positives end. Day of the party the anticipated arrival is 11am, they arrived about 11:20 am. We rented a generator through the company as we were having the party at the park. They arrive and I was approached by Malachi, very personable and friendly young man. He asks a couple questions and they start to set up. The generator doesn't work. They tell me it's brand new. After lots of tries and calls they find out there is no oil. Malachi finds this hilarious. Starts clowning the older gentleman and laughing. My 9 year old is sitting there devastated that his party is ruined. Luckily a neighbor stepped in to let us borrow power. Malachi is told to go get the long cord and get this thing moving. He drags his feet to the truck, checking his phone and in general poorly representing the company. No apologies. We get the power they leave. I realize I'm overcharged with the generator cost. They didn't answer my texts about coming back. They are an hour late to pick up so I'm not still at the park to address with them upon arrival. They have not responded to my online survey from their company, nor to the email to the company or any other texts. The kid and your lack of customer service follow up will sink you. read more

By far the worst jumper company I have ever dealt with. First my sons birthday party is at the park from 11-5 so the jumper people call me at 9:50 saying they were around the corner. They ended up not showing op till 11:30 and you can tell these kids were high they had not will to set this thing up. It took them till 1 o'clock to set up while kids were waiting they was taking there sweet time the kid with the long hair kept just sitting down and getting on his phone. To make it worse both jumpers where super dirty and leaning m. Anyway they leave we are at the park the party is from 11-5. I call the company and a lady picks up the phone saying she is the owner and when I explained to her the situation she had the nerve to get mad at me offered no solution to make it right. She's how's on to saying how she's pregnant and will be down to pick the jumpers up herself. me and my wife and my kids had to sit out there a extra hour and a half while my family was waiting at the house for us because they didn't show up till 6:30. We had rented the Monster truck Bouncer/slide combo for my nephew and WOW is it a sight! This thing was huge and a great kick with the kids. One thing they did which really impressed my family and friends was they cleaned it out before anyone had used. They inspect it before allowing anyone to use it to make sure the seams are good and one of the safety features is they order theirs with safety openings on the top in case it happens to deflate while anyone is inside.
