This place is AWESOME!! Jaime, the owner, was so responsive! I had to switch my water slide to a bounce house last minute bc of the wind and he did it, no problem. He even left the bouncer there an extra day for everyone to enjoy at NO COST since it was such a busy weekend and he couldn't get to us in time. I also super appreciate that he was honest and talked me about the wind that if it didn't calm down/ he couldn't leave the bouncer and take the risk of hurting someone! Jamie was a pleasure to work with. I had called to find out more information about castle style themed bouncer. I have a 2 car garage driveway and wanted to make sure that this type of bouncer would fit properly. He confirmed the was big enough. I booked right away because he was booking up for the next few weeks. On delivery day, Jamie and his crew of 3 were right on time. It was a little windy so he made sure the all the spokes where posted in the ground securely. Also, he gave me a free upgraded castle bounce with an arch! That was a nice surprise. Once the bouncer was inflated, the crew disinfected the inside and outside. The bouncer smelled so good and clean. We had no mechanical issues or any issues with the wind. Requested online reservation on Friday and never heard back from anybody I called to follow up on Monday and he doubled the price of what my reservation stated. Price went from 189 to 319 but he said I could keep the bouncer all weekend which is not what I needed I only need /want. Just need it for four hours so now I'm back to square one putting me in a tough spot right before my sons birthday thanks a lot Kangaroo Bounce house for stomping on my plans. read more

I wouldn't recommend having a party there & if you do I wouldn't recommend the child wearing the slippers to host. Everything I was asking of her, like putting my ice cream in the freezer & juice in refrigerator was " no, we can't do that " then she got an attitude when she kept trying to rush my party telling me that we needed to be cleaning up by 345 when I paid for the room until 4; her reason was because I came late! She was totally uninviting, rude & lacked customer service! After getting someone else to chill my things she then irritated me my entire party on when I wanted her to bring the drinks & ice cream out after I told her several times I would let her know! I ended up having to tell them to give me someone else because she was too much! This place isn't even all of that for her attitude and rushing! read more

Ohk so I reached out to Kangaroo Bounce to rent a water bounce for my family reunion. We agreed that they will drop off Friday and pick up Sunday for 429$. Well Friday came and he was not able to set up the bounce house bc he didn't have any sandbags or padding due to the bounce having to be on concrete (mind you the website says can set up on grass or concrete). So we lost a day of bouncing due to not having the proper equipment for set up. The next day Jamie came around noon to set up bouncer and still wanted the 429$ as if he set it up on Friday which we originally agreed too, but since he wasn't prepared that wasn't my fault. Not to have issues and to get the device up I paid him the agreed amount but asked what the latest he can pick up. Jamie said 4pm Sunday which I was fine with considering we didn't get Friday like we originally agreed. On Sunday @ 10am I get a knock on the door from his pick up crew talking about they coming to retrieve the bouncer. It hasn't even been 24 hours from the time it was set up and they already was back for pick up. Of course that didn't fly with me, but what irritated me most was he was only willing to offer me back 40$ refund when I didn't have it for a full day and we agreed to Friday @ 4pm (didn't get there til 5:30pm and still couldn't set up) to Sunday @ 4pm but asked for the full agreed upon amount. I have big events a lot In Vegas but I will NEVER rent from this company again. I gave 1 extra star bc the kids did have fun on it but the business portion was bad. read more

For my sons Bday we rented a bounce house from this company!! I was a little skeptical at first considering they didn't have much reviews and don't come up as a top search result when searching for bounce house rentals in vegas. I really musty say that I was truly impressed with this company. About 2 hours after selecting the bouncer I want I from their website, i got a call from the company's reps, confirming the date time I need the equipment. The equipment was delivered on time and is clean. The bounce house we got was almost brand new, (it held the air well and was nice and firm, its easy to tell when a bouncer has leaks here and there). What I also like is that their staff is in touch with me, confirming if the equipment was setup right, and the balloon maker confirmed his time, then if the the ballon maker arrived on time. That tells me that this is a good company to deal with! I mentioned the balloon maker, which we got. Roger the balloon maker really made the party more enjoyable for the kids and adults. All the kids were entertained by him, he interacted and engaged the kids really well!!! I highly recommend this company.. Im usually not one who'll write reviews, but I figured this could be a good public service for people wanting to rent from a good company and have their special event run as seamless as possible, I will definitely rent from them again. read more

I used Kangaroo Bounce for a 4th of July party at the house. The kids wanted a waterslide and so I had looked online for a variety of bounce offerings. Kangaroo was one of the first that populated on the google search engine. I had submitted a referral online for a bounce house. The owner had immediately reached out to me within the hour and let me know that the bounce house I had requested was unavailable, but they had another offering. I had accepted and the next day him and his son came out to set it up. The waterslide was huge! It took up pretty much my entire backyard. The kids had soo much fun with it, especially with how hot it was on 4th of July. The owner let us keep the waterslide for 2 full days. The reason why I am giving it 4 out of 5 stars is two reasons. 1) the waterslide was really dirty from prior use - with dirt marks all over it. 2) the cost was expensive compared to other bounce house rentals in the vegas valley. Otherwise, if you're looking for a great company to rent a bounce house/water slide from - this is your place! read more

If 2.5 stars were a thing, that would be my rating. The bounce house was good fun; the kids loved it; my husband loved it even more and spent all afternoon bouncing pre-party, so all good there. Still, I wouldn't recommend the company in terms of overall user experience or pricing. Part of my problem was truly my problem because I failed to measure my yard before ordering what I thought was the smallest bouncer Kangaroo offers based on their website (15 x 15). Then again, whomever I spoke with on the phone would have done me a service by asking what size I needed and clarifying the necessary measurements to get me off my ass and into the yard with a tape measure. Because of my stupid mistake, I agreed to pay $25 extra for him to bring back the smaller bounce house, which I assumed would come out to $115 or less based on the listed $89 price tag for the 15 x 15 bounce house. Instead, my husband paid $130 plus a $10 tip to the owner of the company, putting us a good $60 over budget for the party. When I asked the next day, I found out there's a delivery fee because we are "out of area." I could understand charging a delivery fee if it were ever mentioned either on the website or over the phone when I booked. Of course, had it been mentioned, I would have just looked for a closer company. All the site says is that they deliver all over the valley including where we live. Meh. It's a silly, quibbly thing, but silly, quibbly things are what add up to positive or negative user experiences, right? Why put the onus on the customer to find out all of your fees instead of simply listing them on your site? My only other quibble is that my stupidity over the measurements clearly inconvenienced the owner, who suggested we move the bounce house to the neighbor's yard or the street. It was a joint party, but moving the bounce house would mean moving the party, and that's a pretty major thing to drop on your neighbor a few hours before it starts. And no, I didn't want a bunch of toddlers running around like excited little crazy people in the busy street. Call me overprotective. We also removed the safety pins left in the bouncer before letting the kids in cause--ya know--flying safety pins and two year olds really makes a party! Overall it was just fine, and maybe my pride is just injured from being a dumbass and wasting extra money for no reason, but I feel just a little skeevy after the transaction, so I'll look elsewhere and do my homework next time. read more

The online reservation process was quick and easy. Got a confirmation text the following day, and then a follow up confirmation call 3 days prior to the event. Everyone was on-time and friendly the day of the event. About an hour after they left, we did have an issue with one of the units, but I was able to get a hold of someone immediately who was able to troubleshoot the problem over the phone and got it working again. We asked for 2 water slides, an obstacle course and a dunk tank. He didn't have a dunk tank on his website but that wasn't an issue, he still got us one!
