The kids loved it. The age range was 3-11 at the party and they all had so much fun. Our event was at the park and most of the kids spent the full 4 hours only in the bouncy house and did not care for the park slides and activities which was nice as they were all close by. It was super clean inside and did NOT have a smell like others we have rented from different companies in the past. We also did the cotton candy machine, the kids of course loved it and all went for seconds and some went for thirds. Super simple to make and fun for the kids to watch. We also rented tables and chairs from them. They were super clean. We will def rent from them again, I have already gave their number to a couple moms at the birthday. He acted pretty professional over text message and set up a time, location, and gave me pricing. The day of the party, he showed up. Told me the space would be too small, which is fine and completely understandable. That was not the issue. After trying to measure and find a way to safely place the bouncer, we came to the conclusion that the bouncer I had ordered would not fit. He then, willingly, offered to come back with a smaller bouncer that would. Again, HE had the idea to come back and set up a different bouncer. He told me he would do another delivery then come right after. Two hours passed and I had realized he still wasn't there, so I texted him and asked where he was at. His response: "Sorry be there in 5mins." Thirty more minutes passed and STILL no sign of him. I continued to ask where he was. No response. I am a pretty understanding person, but ... 1) If you didn't want to do the job, then don't offer to come back and set up a new one. 2) If you tell someone you're five minutes away, then stop texting them completely - then you shouldn't own or operate a business. Period. I felt so bad for all of our little kids who were patiently sitting and waiting for the bounce house that never showed up. It was heartbreaking to say the least. Bottom line: I would never recommend this place to anyone. They have zero class. They don't care about their customers. The sad part is that I even had asked my husband to pull extra cash than the original amount I had done in the first place for Dillon "being so kind" to go and get us another bouncer. What a joke.
