I first found Dodo's Design last year when I needed a last-minute big head cutout for my daughter's promotion. They came through incredibly fast, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. This time, they printed my husband's business shirts and designed his business cards. I brought in our own Carhartt T-shirts, and they did an amazing job printing on them. We had previously used another business that printed our design on lower-quality shirts, so I really appreciated having the option to provide the shirts we wanted this time. I specifically said that I like the shirts that I have but they are too big and so I'd like to order them in the next size down. When I got the shirts, they were incredibly too small so I went back to return them. They had all the information for my previous order on record. Turns out the shirts that WERE ORDERED FOR ME were a different model than the shirt that I had ordered before and the new size was incredibly different. When I tried to return them, I was told they would only give me 50% off on another two shirts. WRONG, I went there with a specific need and problem and I wasn't the one who ordered them. That's not the way you handle a mistake made on your end. I've referred a lot of people there over the years as well and that won't happen again and I will never be back.
