When I complained to the owner, I was promised that they would rectify the problem the next day and return my property. They broke their promise and I'm still waiting for my property. I'm to the point where I'm going to demand prosecution for theft/embezzlement against the employee who stole my property. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this sorry excuse for a business!

Fashion Gal is located inside the Wal-Mart shopping center. I stepped into Fashion Gal while…read morewaiting for my car to get unlocked as I accidentally locked my keys in the truck. Somehow, I ended up with my wallet, so what better time to shop? Fashion Gal has a lot of trendy clothes, and I've been wanting to update some pieces in my wardrobe, so I took a lap around. Unfortunately, a lot of the clothing had cheap/thin material and high prices. However, directly to the left of the store - upon entering - was a clearance section. The items ranged from about $3 to $20 in the clearance section plus there was an additional discount on some of the items. I looked at a cute blue dress that I wasn't sure I wanted, wandered away, found out they have dressing rooms, and went back to try on the dress, where I found a cuter, fitter, smaller lady eyeing it. I watched, eagle eyed, as she lifted it up from the rack to check it out and eventually put it back. I bolted over and grabbed it, trying it on in the dressing room. It fit and looked really nice! Score! It cost $5! I've wandered in here a few times after shopping at Wal-Mart to look in the clearance racks for more nice, discounted clothes. I found a pretty dress (but had cheap material) for $3, a cute skirt skirt for $3, and romper for $3. Everything was also discounted for another 20%, so I walked away with three cute items of clothing for less than 10 bucks! Usually I now only look in the clearance section, then I'm out when I find nothing I like. Everything else in the store is a little overpriced for my tastes, but I definitely was excited to find some cute pieces. And it's a good way to hype up yourself up for going into the busy Wal-Mart shopping center to do some essential shopping when you know needless and fun shopping at Fashion Gal is next!

The clothing and style is very appropriate for the harbor type atmosphere. For the most part, the clothes are breathable, soft and nice fabrics/materials. I love the layout of the store. It's spacious here so it's easy to shop without bumping into people and plenty of room to look around. I also appreciate that they have nice fitting rooms here and they are comfortably sized so you can really try on the clothes and see it from every angle. I've bought a few tops here over the years. Today I got a cute long sleeve piece for under $70. The owner Elizabeth is very nice and helpful. I also appreciate that we could look around at our leisure. She told us about her second store on state st in SB so we'll definitely be checking them out. Prices are average but you get what you pay for and I've always felt that the materials are soft and nice quality. Very glad the harbor has this little gem of a clothing store to help balance out all of the more touristy stores.

She answered all my questions and provided very clear explanations about all of the equipment that I'm interested in getting. The task of getting assisted devices for my mom seems daunting but Dulce was a wealth of information and she made the process so much easier. This store has other helpful items beyond walking devices worth checking out. I picked up a pair of pressure stockings for my mom which saved me a trip to Althea's.
