Chairs, tables, linens, chafing dishes all arrived in good shape. Only slight glitch was that the battery-powered generator wasn't fully charged at delivery (fortunately, we had an electric supply nearby and were able to charge it before it got fully dark). Drop-off and pick-up went smoothly and the staff was so patient and helpful with all our questions in the weeks leading up to the wedding. I have been here many times-mostly for pop up craft/art shows, once for a 20's themed birthday party and most importantly, for my own wedding rehearsal dinner. Renting the space for the rehearsal dinner was easy and the owners were super helpful and accommodating. Their contract is very clear and their prices are very, very reasonable! We had 50 people total for the event and when we arrived the night of the party, they had the space set up for us with their dining tables and lovely chairs arranged as well as a serving station and bar area. Their furniture is what makes this place so incredible really-they have absolutely beautiful mismatched furniture, vintage and rustic looking. This is the type of space that you see all over Pinterest. I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a small event venue for a wedding or birthday party. I was never turned down from another vendor because we always would go Asheville Rental you can tell it has new management since we have done business there. the manager and some of the staff were rude and not helpful. I really should have read the reviews 2. They never called and pleaded with me to cancel the outing. The next time I heard from them was on Thursday when they came to set up that was to tell the installers to take the tent down 3. When it came to the inflatables we had to drop cords available one orange and one yellow three prong cords. They never used them because it took a while to take down the tent. the inflatables were put in place but they never inflated then. 4. On Saturday they showed up to set up the equipment. We had no power limbs all over the ground and puddles of water everywhere. 5. I told them there was no way the we could have the gathering due to the conditions stated. 6. As for the inflatables I cannot control what God has in store for. us. it was his will for the hurricane to come and it did. if the inflata led were ruined it was not my fault. 7. As for as him being there he was not. We went on a Monday we saw the MANAGER. SHE WAS IN AND SHE WAS RUDE. She told us we had been serviced before and the Saturday when they came out 8.
