Here's a direct quote from the text she sent me, "IT LOOKS SOOOOOO GOOOOD!!!!" Norm checked all of the boxes you want a contractor to check. High quality workmanship. Check. Reasonable on price. Check. Work completed in a timely manner. Check. Communicated well, often, and clearly. Check. I can't recommend this guy enough. The painter showed up and was conscientious and professional as well. We had asked for a bump out in the crown molding to hide a curtain rod. This is where problems began. Was not pleased, at all with the installation of the bump out. It was cheap and ugly. I asked John to fix it and he told me this is standard and would not fix his shoddy work without a change order and more money. Also, this is into day six of the 2 1/2 day job. I'm out 3 days of pay, so l can be here for the project. The unfortunate thing is that the people that work for John are good people that try to do the right thing. He came out and shared his honest thought on what we should do. We have never had professional painters before and he walked us through what to expect. We had everything from the trim to ceiling to the doors (the doors we added after we saw how bad they looked in a freshly painted room). Our house had a ton of different dark colors they had to cover they managed to do it. They also replaced several pieces of trim work. I really liked that you don't pay upfront and you don't pay until you are happy. Also their pricing is very reasonable. We got quotes from other companies and theirs was the best. Also there team was amazing, we had a family emergency while the painter were here and they dropped what they were to help me.
