My latest project was for multiple drywall and paint repairs in an older home. The painter showed up on time every day, worked diligently and explained everything to me. (He even matched existing paint colors and fixed a textured ceiling so well that I can't even spot the repairs.) We were never paid and still remain unpaid. this was not due to any issue with the work on our end, it was because Alan got into a disagreement with the owner of the property and decided to walk off the job.
