In fact I called back apparently manager manages many place and can't be bothered to contact customers. I've called corporate regarding this chiropractor and this manager who is not actually managing the situation Redux: I received no phone call from the manager of this location, even though I had left my details. When I was at the airport, I left a message and was almost immediately called back. I let the woman know who called me that I would be on a plane for four hours, but I would be available all day Friday and through the weekend she assured me the manager would call me. I have no missed calls and no messages from this joint clinic. I am definitely going to call corporate on Monday. Since I travel to Texas quite a bit, I went to come back to the place. I left the five star review for only to find different doctors and the worst experience I've had at the joint since I joined the membership. I had fallen asleep on the airplane on the way out here and had a pretty stiff neck . My neck, wrist, SI and upper back adjust easily however Doctor Molly Camelo was the most ineffective doctor I have met in the chiropractic field. It was very telling when she could not adjust my wrists I can adjust my own wrist by just flagging my arm and that she could not even get that done. just shows how little touch and feel she has for this job. I felt like she became frustrated and just kept hitting the adjustments harder and harder, but with no feel I had no adjustment in my back wrist or SI. I only had one crack in my neck when I usually get two on one side and five on the other. I feel like the joint should look at this doctor more closely to decide if she is really suited for this brand I asked the receptionist where the nearest joint other than this location and ended up coming over to the Glade Park joint off of Highway 121. Just had a phenomenal adjustment by DrBryan Tilghman. He was able to adjust everything mentioned above, and I will definitely be back to see him as I am in town at least every two months. I would not recommend this location considering the experience. I highly recommend a foreman highway 121 Glade Park location

They're patient, they ask questions and actually listen to your reply. They look at your chart before treating you and make sure you're getting the care you need. Every visit. Consistently. Plus they're all kinds of nice :) My husband has been seeing chiropractors since his first sports injury as a kid, seeing over a dozen state side and abroad while in the military. He knows the good, bad and ugly. He started seeing Dr G a after experiencing a relapse with a pinched nerve in his neck that causes his left arm to lose strength and lock up nearly over night. It happened a few years ago and he saw a chiropractor then, but he didn't feel he was great. So he researched, tried one for 3xs that only tried to sell him vs relieve the issue. Then he found Dr G. Thankfully hubbs is moving freely again, he's sleeping through the night, regaining strength and he's gained a lot more knowledge plus better exercise routines to help keep the pain at bay until a surgeon evaluates next steps. After witnessing his transformation, hubs got me to go to help with chronic headaches and upper back pain from too many hours behind a crappy desk situation at work. Now I'm moving better too, in much less pain with less headaches, plus I'm gaining more flexibility. Win! I've never really been to a chiropractor but I'm on my 2nd month. Started at 3x ea week, now 2x, and will get to 1x ea month soon. Best part, I love how I feel after each visit and I personally find more relief from these sessions than a massage. After they ran up an xray bill to hit my insurance, they made a half-hearted attempt at an adjustment that did very little other than some light stretching I could/should have just done at home. They quickly transitioned to an ineffective TENS unit that I mentioned simply does not and will not work for me, then sent me home in the exact same condition more or less(improved from the stretching and BS adjustment/inflamed and cramping from the TENS unit). Desperate and STILL in pain after they sent me home, I went to a competitor, who acted with a real sense of urgency to alleviate the pain and were happy to communicate with and treat me. Given the high ratings and how wicked, awesome Christy at the front desk was, I cannot help but feel extremely disappointed and would also still feel...well...much pain if there weren't many alternatives in this area.
