Christy, who works up front, is great, and I feel obligated to point that out straight away because she was literally the only positive aspect of my visit. I don't believe any of the other staff actually listened to a word I said. After they ran up an xray bill to hit my insurance, they made a half-hearted attempt at an adjustment that did very little other than some light stretching I could/should have just done at home. They quickly transitioned to an ineffective TENS unit that I mentioned simply does not and will not work for me, then sent me home in the exact same condition more or less(improved from the stretching and BS adjustment/inflamed and cramping from the TENS unit). Desperate and STILL in pain after they sent me home, I went to a competitor, who acted with a real sense of urgency to alleviate the pain and were happy to communicate with and treat me. Given the high ratings and how wicked, awesome Christy at the front desk was, I cannot help but feel extremely disappointed and would also still feel...well...much pain if there weren't many alternatives in this area. The other reviews simply baffle and upset me - why did they get such great service? I'm sincerely happy for those who were able to get some pain relief, but do not understand how the same facility offered such abysmal service and neglect. Bless your heart Christy. read more

I cannot say enough great things about Alliance. I have multiple chronic back issues and they have helped me tremendously. My life is so much better because of the therapy I have received. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the doctors are extremely knowledgeable and hands on. I was in a car accident in mid March 2021 and I came here for my treatment. I was given an appointment in a timely manner. When I first came in I was seen by Dr. Ruth and he did x-rays and exam. Dr. Carmichael took over my case and treated me for three months and came in twice a week. The staff there is really friendly and it's easy to schedule follow up appts and massages. I first went to see Dr Ruth at Alliance Chiropractic ... I am thinking it was about 12 or more years ago. I would get a 'crick' in my neck or just a sore neck. Alliance Chiropractic is close to my home .. so I thought I would give 'em a try. I was better after just a few appointments. SO I invested in my pain free health and scheduled monthly maintenance appointments. They were always so friendly & flexible.. they always treat me with kindness, confidence and gave me support and friendship. The entire office has always gone above and beyond to help me feel better and always answer all my questions. WELL, to make a long time story shorter... I go for my adjustment and massage monthly and I stay pain free. I can tell you for sure... sometimes we think we don't need to go for regular adjustments ... we feel great.. so we stop going ... I have been going to see Dr. Carmichael and Dr. Ruth for over a year now and they are amazing! My neck pain and back pain are only around when I don't follow my exercise or get adjusted regularly. The entire staff is amazing and knowledgeable in all they do. It is also wonderful they have a massage therapist on duty as well. I first began going to Alliance Chiropractic October '15 after getting injured in an auto accident. I needed to find somewhere close to work and home, with flexible evening hours, and that offers massage therapy (Ottie is the best!). After online research, I found Alliance Chiropractic and have had a wonderful experience! Once my injuries were diagnosed, they helped with pain management and therapy for my neck and back then transitioned me to doing stretches and exercises to re-build my strength. They were very helpful and understanding with my personal injury case and gave me support and advice with it. Everyone, especially Dr. Carmichael, Dr. Ruth, and office manager Marisa, have gone above and beyond to help me feel better and answer any and every question I have! I have had great progress and improvement with my injuries from the wreck and still go twice monthly for maintenance. And I'm now 8 months pregnant so Dr. Carmichael and masseuse Ottie have altered my treatments to help with pregnancy pain and discomfort which has helped me tremendously!
