I have mild scoliosis and have had progressively worse chronic back pain flare-ups for roughly 17 years. I've seen MDs, chiropractors, a neurosurgeon, PTs, and massage therapists. I came in August 2017 after several terrible flare-ups in a row. I was in despair and thought I was never going to feel "normal"-- I was afraid of doing anything social or physically active. I was very new to the area, so I read reviews and went to try Express out. I have been on the unlimited plan since then and have gone roughly once a week for adjustments and usually massage (MRT) with Claire as well. She is AMAZING!!! Her technique/training is impeccable. I was finally able to get my life back! I have been severe flare-up free since then, and in Jan. 2018 I was able to start lifting weights/exercising again! In fact, my back is soooo healthy that I mostly go because sporadic cricks in my neck due to sleeping on my stomach or workout pains. Dr. Stegall is a great chiropractor. This walk-in clinic is clean, friendly, has great music, and you are usually in and out within 15-20 minutes. It's also a great value, especially if you do the monthly membership! And massages by Claire are phenomenal, and only $10 a visit! read more

I've probably been to a dozen chiropractors in my life. Stegall is easily the best I've been to. Don't get turned off by the no insurance thing. The adjustment and or monthly plans are so cheap they are often cheaper than copays. I've never seen these kinds of results. Dr. D has been my lifesaver! After a bad accident I was faced with the need for regular Chiropractic care. Something that before my accident I didn't believe in or need. Now I see the true benefit in reg adjustments. After paying so much more at other offices for one adjustment and finding it difficult because appointments were needed I found this gem of a clinic. The night that I couldn't lay my head down on a pillow because of the severity of my migraines and headaches was the day I decided to go to the doctor to see what could be wrong. My mom convinced me to try her chiropractor before going to my pcp (as I am an otherwise healthy 27 year old woman) and it has been the most life changing decision I could've made. After the first visit, I have not again had as extreme of a migraine or headache as I had prior to coming here. It ended up being that the bones in the neck portion of the spine were rotated to one side, putting pressure where it shouldn't be- and this causes severe headaches for me. I'm not even sure how I suffered so long, now that I've found a solution to the pain. Every single one of the doctors here are incredible. You can't go wrong. Every single person who goes here raves about them (as do I) and I haven't seen that from other places. If you have headaches or migraines- try this- it just might help you as much as it helped me. I have been to my share of chiropractors. Some good, some not so good. I have to say that Dr. D. is the best value around. He is extremely thorough and is keeping me from having back and neck issues which happens when I don't go to the chiro often enough. The monthly plan allows you to see the doc either 3 times or unlimited times depending on the plan you choose. Either way, the monthly subscription is often cheaper than 1 visit with other docs around. For those of you who have insurance, the price would be similar or even less than your co-pays for comparable number of visits. As a bonus you don't have a high first patient visit cost as you do with some clinics. As a member you can get a massage for 1.00 per minute and Rachel is great at getting out the kinks. They are even open most evenings and half days on Saturdays with no appt. needed. If you need more intense therapy than what he provides Dr. D. will tell you. No hard sale pitches here. read more
