Price was right in range of what I expected to pay. Tony made sure I understood the process and that all my questions were answered. The day of service, the tech was great. Arrived promptly, was well-mannered, and explained everything well both before and after. He did all the needed work in about an hour and that was that. Guy comes out, looks at the setup while standing 3 feet away and says it is good. He did not check the main water line for cracks or looseness, he did not manually check the clamps for tightness, and he really didn't do anything. $100 for that call. Fast forward a week (and I'm now on vacation) and I'm informed my garage has water seeping from under the garage door. Yep, a loose fitting came apart and water was running freely for a couple of days. My daughter came over and shut the pump off. Called Jennings and they sent a guy over to reconnect what they failed to secure (in my opinion). What a mess I found upon my return. They are unwilling to help with repairs after sharing my concerns and shock. So to you my friends, think on these set of facts before calling.

My Rheem Furnace was not turning on after I turned on the thermostat...didn't hear the normal click…read moreafter I slid the button on. I thought maybe the batteries were dead, so I installed new batteries into thermostat. Well that didn't solve anything. So I called Hey Neighbor, they asked me a few questions about he brand of our furnace and about how old it was. Then they scheduled an appointment, within 3 days. My call was on a Friday and they came out early Monday morning, to fix it...They sent me a text message with tracking info so you know when he will arrive. Once here he ran it through a diagnostic test and said it was a few possible things. He took out the thermo coupler & flame sensor and cleaned the soot off both of them. Reinstalled them and then installed a Honeywell thermostat. Since our Rheem furnace is high efficiency and a 2 stage he recommended a certain one, I agreed. New technology. He slid the thermostat button on, it clicked and came to life. He ran it thru 3 heat on cycles and 3 air conditioning on cycles, to make sure that worked as well. All totaled he was here about an hour. So this service call cost me $25.00 on a credit card for the service call through Dominion East Ohio Gas Company Furnace Program. I've had this service since 2014. Has a monthly charge of $11.95 on my gas bill. Dominion is contracted with Hey Neighbor for Furnace & Air Conditioning Services. I feel this service is well worth the money paid into it for a knowledgeable professional to service your equipment. I wouldn't hesitate to call Hey Neighbor again. Thanks Darnell.
